So impressed. What a relief!
I don't get paid or anything for writing a review. I live in shared housing like millions of us now. N0 car, rent a room, no gym or public transportation to use. Needed to freaking work out other than the dumbells in the corner of the room or the sit ups on the bed. Tried a treadmill / loud, even folded up its bulky, vibrates. Bench and weights too short-lived / need my heart rate up for longer period of times. Stand alone bike? loud. Too big for the room. I work online remotely too so space is limited. Tried the under desk bike. Hits the top of the desk. I don't want to sit while exercising. I sit all day! This item here? AMAZING. Came put together. No tools. Two things to do before the first try out. STURDY. I was panting after 3 minutes. Embarrassing! Exactly what I wanted. I have 2 breaks and lunch spot every shift - easy to slide under my bed. Foot pads really wide. Never tips. Came with hand resistance bands. Ended up attaching them to my work chair so I can use them in between customers. Thank you very much for providing a great solution to working out the very area on the body that is not used a lot because of online work. 10 out of 10 product

Easy to use; great workout
I just bought this last week and have used it 4 or 5 times so far. I love it! It was easy to set up, and it comes with helpful instructions for assembling and using the device. It gives you a good walking workout if you can't or don't want to walk outdoors, making it very convenient to use while watching TV. The red knob allows you to adjust the range of motion to give you a smaller or larger step. I have the red knob set to the maximum range of motion to give me a larger step, but just keep in mind that your step count won't be as high as if you set the knob to a smaller range of motion. I have not yet used the app, as I'm a person that doesn't like to have to download an app and create an account for everything. But, I have been very pleased with the built-in computer screen on the machine, as it seems to do an effective job of tracking my steps taken, calories burned, and amount of time spent on the machine. Plus, it is also very easy to reset the computer at the end of your workout by simply pressing and holding the small red button on the screen. The machine seems to be durable and high-quality, so I expect that it should last for a while. Given the price, I'm not expecting this to last for years, but it seems to be a decent piece of workout equipment for the low price it is. I strongly recommend wearing shoes while using the machine, as opposed to using it in socks or bare feet. You'll likely slip if you just wear socks, and you may hurt your feet and toes if you use it in bare feet. If you misstep while getting onto the machine, it can hurt your feet. Don't make the same mistake I did, and be sure to wear shoes! :)

Almost great
I bought this on a whim to counteract all the sitting I do for work, and have been happily surprised by how easy it is to get some decent steps in (but bummed about the one negative...mentioned further down). This is pretty much ready to go out of the box, so no real set up to speak of. I'm not really using the arm bands. There is a tension knob so you can adjust how easily the pedals go up and down. It actually provides a pretty good work out so long as you put in the effort. I currently use it for around 30-40 minutes at a time, sometimes twice per day. You can easily watch television or listen to podcasts while stepping. The benefits are that you can get your steps in no matter what time of day or what kind of weather. Overall, it would be great, except... ...this thing now SQUEAKS LIKE CRAZY. It started out fine but after just a couple of weeks of use, one pedal started squeaking, then the other one chimed in a few weeks later, so now with every step there's a corresponding high-pitched squeak. We've tried using some WD40, but the noise is seemingly coming from inside the little pistons under the foot pads, so the added lubricant did nothing to diminish the noise. If you live in an apartment, this could be a problem. I'm using it a level above our basement, so it isn't bothering anyone unless someone is down there--but, it's definitely noisy, and if someone else is in the same room or in the vicinity, it's annoying. It's a shame, because otherwise I've been really happy with the quality and functionality. The manufacturer needs to figure out this defect. (For context, I'm a 5' 7" woman at 125 pounds, so it shouldn't be related to over-stressing the weight limit of this stepper.)

It's well made but alittle heavy to carry
Perfect for work small enough to hide under my desk

High Quality
I thought this would be a flimsy thing and not a great workout but I like it better than my full size stepper as it works as well (or better - also training balance) and it doesn't take up a lot of space, plus it is portable, have even taken it to the office to use during the day!

Nice
I like it I think it’s a little expensive for what it is. So I’ve worked out on it twice so far I like it it does not move. I recommend wearing sneakers with these. I wish that it would count calories and count your steps on the same screen, you do have to press it to switch screens, so I mean it is what it is you can still keep track of your steps and your calories and things like that. It is an adjustable as far as tension goes. so I mean it is what it is. You can still keep track of your steps and your calories and things like that it is adjustable as far as tension goes. I do like it. It does mimic the stairstepper in the gym very well. Like most people I’m canceling my membership at the gym because it’s just getting way too expensive. I started my home gym journey several years ago and I just stopped working out because life got too busy and I have to find time to work out for myself because it is good for your mental health and it’s just good for your overall Health. So I do like this it does go side to side I will demonstrate in the video you need to have it on carpet and it does fine on its own. It is a little bit more expensive than the other ones that you see on here as far as Amazon goes. You might be able to go on their website and get it a little bit cheaper. I’m not sure I did not check it out. So so I’m gonna go on this thing and we’ll see how it holds up. I will give an update in about three months. I will also give an update if I have an issue and how Customer Service is. If something breaks, I’ll give an update so make sure to follow my page because I do do a lot of updates and following up on products.

Read based on experience.
Four stars. Based on my experience, it is simple to use and the setup is only removing packaging, adding the knob, and the resistance straps. I do HIIT workouts (high intensity interval training). I use this along with my other strength training workouts when I can’t get to the gym. It is recommended to do only 15 min due to the hydraulic cylinders get heated. I only do 3 sets of 5 minute intervals. I get my heart rate up into my fat 🔥 burning zone. Then I do other exercises, lunges, squats, deadlifts and upper body, not on the machine. All of my workouts combined together with the stepper give a great workout that keeps your heart rate going. NOTE: if you are expecting a full blown cardio experience then don’t buy and go to the gym. This is to supplement my workouts in between the gym. It takes time to get your center of gravity on it, but it took me two seconds. If you don’t want to use the straps then you can use wrist weights which help in getting your heart rate up and pumping. Do NOT expect resistance from the machine. It uses your body weight. It does mimic a stair stepper NOT a stair climber. Also, the foot pedals need to be wider as your feet do move around a little. The machine could use a few improvements. It is not pricey and it is not for everyone. There are YouTube videos that show workouts, which are helpful. There is a video that shows some bozo reviewing it, but his expectations of this machine were much too high and he should stick to the gym. I did not have high expectations but was open to trying it. So far it’s not bad for a supplemental cardio workout. You don’t need to spend an hour on it, if you need an hour then go brisk walk, run, or go to the gym. This is a simple stepper to implement into a home workout. *** BUY THE MAT *** if you decide to purchase this item. I bought the smaller 30 x 20 mat for $20 to protect my floor. You don’t need the large mat. The small one works. I hope this review helps those out there that are hesitant to buy. If you don’t like it you can return it back to Amazon. 😉

BUY IT NOW
I give it 100 stars! Dont let the price fool you this is a very sturdy well made piece of equipment. Instructions come with a barcode for you to scan with your phone in order to get the app. The app actually, remotely gives you different workouts and allows you to track your work. You can feel it getting harder or easier as you step. This is not easy, I was sweating and sore immediately. I cant wait to see what it does for my butt. Dont hesitate, if you need to get your steps in and want an at home workout that will actually challeng you, get it. I highly recommend the twisting option. Dont be afraid of this, it just makes it more comfortable and keeps you feet from falling asleep. A must.

Great Full-Body Workout from Home – Super Easy to Use!
I’ve been using this health and fitness stepper a lot, and I love it! It’s super easy to use and perfect for those days when I’m not in the mood to go out for a walk or hit the gym. You can get a solid workout right from the comfort of your home. The added resistance cords for your hands are a great bonus—they allow you to train your arms and upper body at the same time, making it a true full-body workout. It’s also very intuitive, even for beginners. Price-wise, it’s great value for money. Definitely a smart and practical addition to any home workout routine!

Very good purchase
I bought this step 2 weeks ago From the first 10 minutes I knew this could be a great one So far I am extremely satisfied It is very flexible to use while watching TV or so and I immediately feel the effect After 1 week I heard a slight squeaking sound that immediately disappeared after a minimal use of silicone spray
