I purchased this product after reading online that oral probiotics can help with tonsil stones. I believe I got tonsil stones from wearing a mask, sadly. Anyway, I started taking 2 of these about 3 times a day to really attack the issue. At first I was skeptical it would work, then about a week after taking them the tonsil stones started to fall out (gross, I know but what a relief!). I'm now almost done with the bottle and the tonsil stones are gone and have not returned. In terms of the taste, I feel that other reviewers have been a tad dramatic. They taste a bit like cereal milk to me - oddly - but maybe because some of the probiotics are from milk? There is virtually no peppermint flavor that I can detect (so that's false adverstising on their part) and a fresh, peppermint taste would make them a lot better. But the taste is not gross to me at all, just not amazing. Honestly, I am just glad they worked for my tonsil stones and I didn't have to take antibiotics. Yay to probiotics versus antibiotics!

The product doesn't taste that good, but if you can get past the chalkiness, it's overall a good brand and an effective product. The instructions say to chew it or let it dissolve after brushing your teeth, but I would say chew it quickly and chug some water after taking it. Or maybe take it before brushing your teeth. That being said, this is a good way to get your daily probiotics, especially if you are lactose intolerant or if you have Celiac since these are gluten free and vegetarian. It's also nice that they are made in the USA. The brand seems to care a lot about the way that they present themselves and about making a great product, so overall, if it weren't for the chalkiness, I would have given this 5 stars.

I've bought this product twice after my dentist recommended I start taking an oral probiotic. I had no issues with the first bottle and the tablets tasted fine with a decent mint flavor. The second bottle however tasted extremely off, not remotely minty with a lingering aftertaste and I'm now concerned the seal on the bottle was damaged. I tried to return the bottle but there is a strict return policy and I had to go through Amazon customer service to get a refund instead. pros - Decent flavor for a supplement, good price cons - Quality control seems lacking and inconsistent, product isn't eligible for returns

I have suffered for years now with bad breath. I’ve brushed, flossed, and mouthwash on daily basis. Would go to the dentist and he would never find anything wrong with my teeth. So after doing some research I’ve decided to use dental probiotics. I was amazed, on the first day of trying this product my bad breath magically went away. From my experience and everyone is different. I still didn’t get a chance to discuss this issue with my dentist. I don’t know if he will approve of using probiotics or not because from my understanding they are still being studied if I’m not wrong. But they worked for me and every bad breath issue is different and I would recommend them but still let’s not self diagnose ourselves. My only side effect was thirst. I would wake up at night very thirsty so I wouldn’t recommend you taking them before you go to bed.

I picked Tuthi Dental Probiotics to try because I heard that probiotics can be good for you. In my case, it's not working for my best interest. To give it a fair shot. I took it 3 different ways, with the same results. I chewed 1 the first time. The second one, I let melt in my mouth. And the third time, I swallowed 2 for intensive support. It has a chalky taste and after taste which I don't like. I don't like anything with mint in it. It seems to set on my stomach for a long period of time. And it really doesn't provide much of any relief. My bad breath seemed to intensify after using this product. I don't know if my body is reacting this way because I suffer from many health issues. And have an overabundance of inflammation. I'm going to continue to use the full bottle. Just to see if things change. If it starts to work better after taking it for awhile. I'll update this review. If not I won't.

The tablets are as described, they taste good and I have decided to taker one each evening when I have decided I have had enough to drink. I the tablet and crush it in my mouth than I push the small pieces into the hollows of my cheeks and gums, they stay there while I sleep and absorbed. And as they say time will tell.

I’ve been using these religiously for two months. I suffer from gum recession and I was getting canker sores. The day I started using them, the sores went away. My gums don’t hurt as much, but I haven’t noticed growth. My teeth are a lot whiter, though, and I didn’t expect that! My method: Brush teeth. Place one tablet between lips and front teeth—shifting between top and bottom for the few minutes before bed as I do other tasks. Then right before sleep, I bite the tablet in two and place the pieces between either my top sides or bottom sides of my lips and teeth. They dissolve during the night. I do this same thing between meals during the day. Don’t just suck on them on the roof of your mouth or it all just goes to your gut!
