Fast Turnaround and High Quality
The turn around time was surprising fast for a custom idea and I am extremely happy with how it turned out! The engraving is crisp and easy to read. I got the material sterling silver bracelet and it fit super good. I think this is a good value for the market and the owners and sweet!

This is so beautiful!!!! I love it!!! Quality price and all is perfect. I would like though, that u would do thicker size i mean like an additional option, keep the ones u sell and add thicker option for men, coz for me was perfect feminine and delicate but for my bf may woek better a bit thicker even if u charge some extra bucks is ok, it is worth it i just wanna buy more bracelets and wear them all together with like positive words engraved u know? Totally recommend this product

its a pretty good gift
It was in such a nice packaging! I got bracelets for my two friends. You do not even have to select the extra gift box packaging for extra money. It comes in such a nice giftable box, and it was shipped perfectly. The packaging, I love, and the bracelets are adjustable and I really like them. However, the letters you choose to customize, they aren't really engraved in too well so it isn't that easy to read. It's more printed than engraved, I guess. Overall 8/10.

Elegant
I bought this in silver as a birthday gift and was very happy with the appearance. The engraving showed up clearly on both sides and was easy to read. The chain was a good length for her wrist. And the package was received two days before it was originally suppose to be delivered. Over all it is a very nice gift

Bought this for my son’s teacher. They did amazing job, we are so happy!

Wrong size and horrible front font
I like the braclet however it wasn’t the right size. I haven’t heard anything back from them and my email is [email protected] the font on front of the bracelet is horrible. I never had the option of which on to pick for the front. My daughter turns 7 Wednesday and if they can have me the right bracelet with the right measurements and some kind of cute font on the front then I am very unhappy. The bracelet is so cute but the font and the size with no time has me very upset. Hopefully they can change my mind to a 5 star!!! It would be if those things would’ve been followed in the instructions!
