LG V60 ThinQ 5G LM-V600AM AT&T/T-Mobile Unlocked 128GB - Classy Blue (Renewed)

When you first turn the v60 on, it says there is no Verizon sim installed. Just ignore it and use your sim. I am using it with simple mobile because they require voice over LTE. The phone is nice. Real fast and I was able go copy over my data from my old LG phone

The manufacturer of the phone, lg, apparently got out of the smartphone market back in 2021. In and of itself that would not be a problem. However, on December 29, 2023, they deactivated a piece of software named LG Mobile Switch, which was intended to allow a person to easily transfer his old phone's contents to his LG phone. This meant that it is apparently very difficult to activate this phone. I believe the seller of this phone should take cognizance of the deactivation of ' LG Mobile switch' and figure out how a customer can readily move his old phone'sdata to the LG phone. In addition, this phone did not have support for the Galileo or Beidou gnss constellations, despite material on the web claiming it had these features. Not the seller's fault, but it completely impacted the reason I bought this phone.

They sent me a phone that didn't work (No fault of theirs) They sent me another phone and there was a shipping label with the new phone for shipping the other phone back. The new phone worked and looked new. They trusted me to send the other phone back. Never been treated that well online. They are AWESOME!

Not unlocked received a TMobile version and it would not transfer all my data via the factory LG switch app. Sent it back promptly. We'll try again.

Phone just as described looked like new work like new couldn't be happier.

By 'fully unlocked' they mean 'Loaded with Verizon bloatware you can't get rid of that persistently tries to reactivate itself if you turn it off. Warning, some of this bloatware will access your data connection whether you disable it's ability to do so or not, also, because it's the Verizon version you don't get the FM Radio the US version is supposed to have. Other than that, great device, good battery, responsive, plenty of storage and it works well...

Device needed a new Battery and USB port, the battery would only last 4 to 6 hours with a "full" charge and the Dual Screen Case I got to go with it didn't work until I replaced the port. The phone overall was in good condition, no scratches or cosmetic damage outside of expected metal case scratches for a used device, they were very minimal. Everything was working as expected (battery and USB port aside) and after I replaced the battery and port my device lasts about 10 to 12 hours with my usage, and if I don't use it a lot during the day I can get up to 30 hours out of it. The case works great as well after replacing the port. The ports on these devices are not secured to the case in any fashion so if I plug a USB cable in the port will slide back a bit causing problems with the case, I put a small piece of foam behind the port to act as a soft stop for the port. Overall pleased with the purchase.

Phone is in great mechanical, physical and cosmetic condition, but it is NOT unlocked. I'm not new to mobile tech and have done quite a bit to test whether it's unlocked or not, but no ... still locked to Verison's network and has rejected all other SIM cards.
