Review: Take it for vitamin k. - I have no idea how people drink this plain with water, yuck. Taste like mowed grass. However, I add it to my smoothy drink and no longer taste it. I highly advise mixing it with pineapple or mango, plus a banana. My ingredients are: 1tbsp kale powder, 1tsp moringa powder, 1tsp matcha powder, 2tsp beet root powder, 1 cup milk (sometimes: 2/3 coconut milk with 1/3 cup milk for lighter feeling), frozen pineapple (sometimes mango if I'm not feeling tropical), one banana (can be frozen for thicker shake). Blend well. As you can tell, I add many disgusting tasting powders but this shake mask many of the earth and green flavors.
