I haven't really looked at the book since class just started. I am giving this a one star review for the following reason: I paid $165.00 for this book. It is supposed to come with a trial of software that would greatly help me understand the information i am trying to learn. But, since it says "BOOK ONLY" they rip out the access card. The website it would've gave me access to is encoderplus.com. So, since they charged me $165.00 for just the book and denied me the FREE access to the website that should accompany the book i will now have to pay for a subscription to the software. Thanks a lot. Way to help a college student.

Good product

When I opened the book the outside was COVERED in dirt and a sticky residue. I had to use cleaning wipes to get it cleaned. The book was just gross. Had to return it.

Don't buy this! It does NOT come with the access code you will need for an online course!

Too wordy, not enough clarity for how biling and coding works.
