I got this as a coworker suggested it might relieve some of the ‘old lady’ pains I was still having. And it did! It had helped and I put it on my subscribe and save list. My friend told me that unless you get copper in your diet, the body does not produce it. Now, I will say all of my pains did not magically disappear but it definitely helped. Just adhere to the dosage. Was well worth my time and effort to see if it would help.

Good supplement and important for health. Easy to swallow with no odor or aftertaste, and no side effects. I would recommend it!

Tiny and easy to swallow. It was recommended that I take copper daily. Supposed to help with changes in hair related to aging.

This Copper Does help heal nerves
My husband had back surgery and a month out and he started having terrible pain. Seen the doctor and was told that the pain was from nerves trying to heal. As soon as he started taking this copper to aid nerve healing, the pain went away. He believes it made the difference.

Sealed and undamaged.
It's not like you can feel copper flowing more steadily in your veins. So to keep things practical; none of the small round tablets showed signs of damage or deterioration. The tamper/freshness seal was also intact once I unscrewed the top. I'd also recommend this one because smaller doses are better where copper is concerned. Too much at once isn't advisable.
