No, it only has small alligator style clips. It is for charging sealed lead batteries that are used in deer feeders, certain large flashlights, etc.

Let's try it again, not voltage output but AMPERAGE out.

Normally this kind of chargers use pulsating voltage, so if you dont use a prper instrument, you wont see it. And really take a chair, it takes a lot of time to charge a battery 16-24 hrs to char a 12v 7ah

I have used this charger on the same size battery and it works great. Just don't expect a quick charge. Usually overnight will fully charge the battery. The indicators on the charger will let you know when it is fully charged.

Not very happy

Not happy but a great big corn feeder to feed. My dear says I need a battery afterwards and a charger. They don’t connect the charger and the battery don’t have the connections.

These Chargers work excellent I have no complaints the light goes from red to Green and they work quite well I don't worry about overcharging and once the light goes to Green the charging stops, it really keeps my mind that the battery will not overcharge
