I have morning sickness aka all day sickness every pregnancy. This vitamin is a game changer. It truly does help me feel better! I ran out of it for 2 days and definitely noticed a difference.

6weeks 6days pregnant and I was genuinely surprised that this helped my morning sickness (all day sickness) Ive felt nauseous everyday all day since turning 6weeks and forced myself to nibble on food throughout the day to keep me from throwing up. I haven’t wanted to leave my bed much less the house. My husband bought these for me and I thought it would be like every other prenatal that I would force down only to feel MORE nauseous. But within an hour or two I felt so much better I got up and was able to be productive and eat a real meal! This is my fourth pregnancy and I have suffered through terrible all day sickness the entire first trimester every pregnancy and have tried multiple prescriptions from my provider and they never did anything. Granted these are still the early days and morning sickness peaks week 10-12 so idk what the future holds but TODAY this saved my life 🥲 and gave me hope. They are standard size for a prenatal that you only take one pill of in my opinion. Little to no smell from the bottle ( SLIGHT vitamin smell ) but no smell or taste while I was taking it. Went down surprisingly easy. Ate with a little bit of apple and bread and it didn’t bother my stomach at all. 10/10

I wanted to use the entire bottle before leaving a review. I tend to have a lot of stomach problems such as, boating, nausea, and constipation, and during pregnancy these symptoms only get worse. Having a good probiotic in my daily diet is very important for my body, and I was excited to see one specifically for pregnancy as I am expecting for the 3rd time. After taking these for about 3 1/2 weeks, I am noticing some improvement in my digestive system compared to the "norm" for me. I am not bloating up quite as often (I usually do after every meal), my pregnancy nausea is pretty much gone, and although I'm still constipated a bit, I am definitely going more often then before I started these. They were easy for me to swallow and are tasteless to me. Although these are not a "magical fix all" pill, they do provide a noticable improvement to my body when used regularly, and I would and am planning in purchasing them again.

I noticed the effects from these within a few days. First day, I experienced the norm with probiotics- some stomach rumbles as my body adjusted, but within the next couple days, I noticed a significant reduction in nausea. I'm kind of in awe. I am not pregnant, but have struggled with chronic nausea on and off for many years. My doctors had given up so I was managing symptoms with B vitamins and ginger tea as best I could, but, as you can imagine, my quality of life has not been remotely where I want it to be. But, with these, I'm finally starting to feel like a normal person again! I have no idea what it is about these pills that make them so effective. From what I can tell these are pretty common probiotic strands and I've tried them in various combinations from other companies before. It could be the addition of B vitamins that give them that extra oomph. But, whatever is, I will continue to buy them as long as they keep working. Also, a side note: I've noticed improvements in my skin. Usually, I am prone to red, blotchy skin, but this has gone down over the last month or two of taking these. I wonder if the probiotic strains used also support the immune system, possibly helping with eczema and/or allergies. I know some probiotics can do this. Still, this is just anecdotal!

I'm a couple of months into my second pregnancy, and the constipation has been rough. I started taking this to help more with that issue, but I think it actually eased the morning sickness. It suddenly disappeared. Unfortunately, though, constipation is still a problem. I'll give it more time to see if it helps. I will say the fruity smell is off-putting. I was confused because the ingredients listed nothing that would explain it. When you're dealing with nausea, it's not ideal, either. I found this scent tablet under the pills. Honestly, not sure what this is supposed to add; I'd prefer an unscented option.
