Good sized, colourful, whole fruits
I thought these a nice, plump, slightly crisp candied fruit. Colours quite bright that looked lovely in a cherry cake. I left them whole but put plenty in so that even though some sank to the bottom (which I like) there were still fruits throughout the cake. I added a little bit of almond essence to the cake which I think goes well with cherry (personal taste obviously). Great sized pot with loads of cherries to make a cake, a small batch of mincemeat, and some left over for a sweet snack. Also, my pot didn't have tons of excess sugar syrup at the bottom. Definitely my go to for now.

They look fabulous
Christmas is not far away now, so we buy early making sure we are ready. The mixed coloured Glacé Cherries look fabulous and should be delicious in a festive traybake.
