Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are the best sesame seeds for cooking/toppings. I make a lot of Asian style foods and these are a must for flavor and aesthetics when topping my dishes.

Couldn't find the black/white seed combo in my grocery store, so it was Amazon to the rescue. Sprinkle tuna steaks with a bit of sesame oil and soy sauce, press the black & white sesame seeds on both sides of each steak, then sear each side for 60-90 seconds and you've got dinner.

We make sushi and poke bowls at home, and use sesame seeds for taste and appearance. We used these seeds last night and were blown away by the taste and how the black and white sesame seeds made the poke bowls look fancier than the poke bowls we get at our neighborhood restaurant. The quality and quantity were amazing for the price. I knew from previous purchases of their ET bagel seasoning that I could trust any of their products. I will definitely buy them again.
