It is also very sharp and nice and shiney! It has a great weight, I like my knifes to feel fairly weighty and well balanced and this one certainly does. The other Mosfiata I have had for a couple of years now and it's held it's sharpness well, I'm a little scared of this one, so fingers crossed for this one too in the long run. I already own the Mosfiata carving knife, so I thought this would be good and I really wan't disappointed. I'm not a big fan of the fake Damascus look, this brand of knife doesn't need to bling out their products. It's lovely! Full tang with a really stylish handle. It is also very sharp and nice and shiney! It has a great weight, I like my knifes to feel fairly weighty and well balanced and this one certainly does. The other Mosfiata I have had for a couple of years now and it's held it's sharpness well, I'm a little scared of this one, so fingers crossed for this one too in the long run. But I feel a sense of quality from this company.

Great bread knife, we’ve been struggling with a very old serrated knife for a while now and as I have started baking my own sourdough bread , felt it was time to invest in a nice new knife. It was a good decision. Already have the same brand of chef knife so knew it would be good. Arrived in a presentation box with a lovely dough scorer! Very pleased. I have no negatives so it gets full stars. Thank you
