I've never worn a long-sleeve sun shirt while hiking before but with getting older, I thought it would be good to start better protecting my skin when I'm in the outdoors. You can spend as much as you want for outdoor clothing but I thought I'd start with something relatively inexpensive. This shirt was exactly what I needed. It's long enough in the body that I didn't have trouble with it traveling up while wearing my backpack. I have a long body so this was an especially good feature. It also was lightweight enough that I didn't get overheated. That was my primary concern with a sun shirt was whether I would be sweating like a pig while wearing it in August. It was never an issue. Even wearing it for multiple days, it didn't smell especially bad and I didn't feel like I was sweating any more than if I were wearing a short-sleeve shirt. In the end, I'm really happy with this purchase. I'll probably purchase a second one for multi-day trips. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best shirt I’ve ever owned in terms of durability and utility. I bought my first one back in 2024. I do much backcountry hiking through arid areas, with spiny vegetation, and I’ve yet to punch a hole in one. They’re also properly ventilated to help keep one cool. The built-in hood helps protect your head from UV sun exposure. I was so impressed with the first one I bought six more.

This shirt is so soft and comfortable. And yet, it still feels so lightweight when working outside in the summer heat. Plenty of room in the sleeves and I love the built-in mask around the neck. I definitely would recommend this shirt to anyone.

This shirt is awesome!! I like to surf when vacationing in Hawaii and I finally decided to try one of these. Most look corny, but this shirt fit great, hugged in the right places, and kept me safe from the sun! My only beef was the price (because I’m cheap) but it was well worth it. The hood, back zipper, thumb holes etc. all set this shirt apart! Would recommend!!

Perfect Fit for an Athletic Build with a Bit of Extra Weight I’m male, 5'9", 230 lbs, with an athletic endomorph body type and a bit of extra weight around the midsection. I bought two of these long-sleeve hoodie sunshirts in 2XL, and the fit is excellent, just right. Not too loose, not too tight, and the length is spot on (neither too short nor too long). The material is comfortable and breathable, and the cut works great for broader shoulders and a fuller torso. Highly recommend for anyone with a similar build looking for a versatile, flattering sunshirt. I’ve been using them for about three months now, for yard work, gym sessions, and even full days at theme parks, and I can confidently say they’re well-made and holding up great. The stitching, fabric, and overall construction feel like solid quality.

I am 6' and 170lb. and this shirt in a Medium fits me perfectly. I like a little extra length in the torso and arms, along with a slimmer fit, and this shirt has it. The length is slightly more in the back than the front, so if you bike, fish, or do anything else in a seated position, this shirt doesn't expose your lower back at all. But it's also not ridiculously long that it looks silly when you're upright. Honestly it's perfect, the fabric is light and breathable, great meshed fabric along the sides between the armpits and the waist, and that same mesh comprises the area of the pull-up mask portion of the neck collar so you can breathe easily with the mask and hood up over your head and face. The rest of the shirt breathes well too, but this is a really nice design touch. I am buying one or two more in different colors. At the time of this review, it's only $30....good luck finding anything of anywhere close to this quality in that price point. Kudos to Baleaf, this is my new favorite shirt!

Has definitely been helpful with preventing sunburns while doing mountain hikes. Squishes down for easy packing in my hiking bag. I usually use sunscreen under the hoodie as well, just in case I want to take it off at any random point during the hike, but this means I worry less about reapplying sunscreen while I have it on--that definitely helps when I'm traveling to and from hike locations and don't want my car to reek of sunscreen fumes (haha). I've considered buying an extra to throw in my car bug-out box for longer drives to protect my arms/hands from UV exposure. Went with a medium because I wanted something that I could fit over a shirt/gloves for some mild layering in the spring/fall and on the slopes in winter (I technically fit a size small). So I can't really advise how the fit and sleeve length would work on someone hoping for a skin-tight fit. The mask section in specific was awesome while camping in the desert to avoid inhaling tons of sand and dust, and it helps protect my neck even without having the hood up. By sizing up, I also didn't end up with a too-tight hood so I could fit it over a baseball cap. The one thing I've noticed is that this hoodie hangs onto sweat smell more than my REI sun hoodie, which is odd because this one fits less tight and therefore shouldn't pick up as much sweat directly from my skin. I've taken to soaking it in a baking soda solution before washing it and drying it inside out in the sun to hopefully kill any bacteria. This is something that happens with most polyester, so I'm not surprised.

My husband is opposite of me; I love being in the sun & it hitting all the parts of my body! He prefers to be totally covered, probably wet to cool down & to be wearing something affordable. This men’s shirt is JUST that! Why he loves: ☀️ Lightweight ☀️ Covers his arms, neck & head ☀️ Very affordable ☀️ Has neutral colors ☀️ Breathable & comfy when wet This is something you’d never catch me in 💀 but my husband absolutely loves these shirts and it’s basically his weekend & vacation attire. He has this in four colors, too. If only it could be that easy for the rest of us, eh? This shirt is great and makes for a solid men’s birthday or Father’s Day gift!

Compré varias camisas con estas características de diferentes marcas debido a que por mi trabajo estoy bajo el sol mucho tiempo y en estás fechas de junio 2024 esta muy extremo el calor y con esta camisa quedé maravillado es muy bonita l talla viene exacta modo 1.82 y peso 90kg y l talla L me quedo muy bien ,lo que me sorprendió fue que estando bajo el sol directo la tela no se clienta es frezca y sumamente cómoda,sin duda es recomendable, comprare en otros colores.
