Review: It's Not a Pad - It's Double-Sided Tape - For starters, the product is not "pads." It's a double-sided tape that is applied to office desk chair mats. I have a tempered glass chair mat that slid all over a relatively new carpet in my home office, so I needed a solution to stop it. This tape works well. Because it's clear, it's not noticeable. The adhesive seems to be quite strong. Not sure what it will do to the carpet if the mat is ever taken up, but it just plain works.

For starters, the product is not "pads." It's a double-sided tape that is applied to office desk chair mats. I have a tempered glass chair mat that slid all over a relatively new carpet in my home office, so I needed a solution to stop it. This tape works well. Because it's clear, it's not noticeable. The adhesive seems to be quite strong. Not sure what it will do to the carpet if the mat is ever taken up, but it just plain works.

Wanted to stop recliner from slipping on vinyl flooring (hoping won't hurt vinyl??). Instead of putting under all four corners, just did one because sticks too much. Can't adjust once on the floor. A bit hard to pull the tape off the floor because so sticky. I am sure works great to other needs. I personally would have preferred less sticky. Good product
