Skeptical
Was a bit nervous about safety, but it’s been fine. Works as advertised, its cut my charge time in half. When battery is full it shutsdown, though I still periodically check it. I think it’s a safe and reliable product.

Fast charging and cooling fan prevents from getting hot
I purchased this to replace my 2A and I must say, the 4A is much faster at charging my Electric Bike. Please note the cooling fan sounds like a white noise machine. With this being said, you may want to charge it in a room when not watching TV or having a conversation with someone. My other charger got very warm, almost hot to the touch and this charger stays cool. For only $40 it's a steal. Well worth the money.

Tiny cords
Product works but the cords are so short it barely reaches the charging port on my bike, only about 18 inches each

Works great!
I bought it to use with an adapter to charge of the EV chargers at work. The 240v rating makes this possible and the high speed charges gets me to full in four hours.

Not for Radcity
Dose not work for my Rad city ebike. And did not come with adapter peace.

Charger supplied by Hanevear for 48 volt bike
This charger does a fast and full charge but it does not turn off completely when the charging is done. The green light is on but unit continues to draw 4.5 - 7 watts, (for hours or days) till turned off.As far as I know to trickle charge a lithium battery is not good, especially if it is full. This would then shorten the life of the batteries (why 4 stars). The charger pulls 1.4 -1.7 watts in standby, (plugged in, without being connected)I don't understand why none of these chargers don't have an on/off switch, even just a simple one on the line.* When battery is fully charged and charger is then connected the green light blinks and no wattage is used! This is the only time when it appears to work correctly (in standby mode).Query: Bike supplier recommends to turn of charging, before connecting and disconnecting:Q1: Is this necessary?Q2: Doesn't it make sense that the chargers should have a switch, rather then plugging and unp ....?...I have used this charger app 75x for fast charging. I test it with a wattmeter, and the watts used is very close to the watts absorbed; so the unit is efficient.I would give it a 5* rating except for the shutoff inconsistency.
