I couldn't recommend this more, I had some joint pains and since taking this they've now gone! Also having ibs this helps a lot Also the insane amount it increases your libido.. make sure you are willing to go round after round after round

I’ve been taking these for at least 6 months and they have had absolutely no effect on me at all.

Admittedly this is only the second bottle/brand I have used, but it is my favourite so far! I started using this after hearing about the benefits to male health, and can say that I like it enough (and have felt the effects to an extent) that I will continue to use it- I have more energy for exercise, and overall it helps my mood (though that may be due to more exercising) I definitely feel more *active* when taking these, so will continue to do so!
