Does this work with any vacuum?

As the description states: 1 1/4" diameter, which is standard to most. Won't work with say, Miele which is 1 3/8 (flexible hose, and all wand attachments). Works with Eureka, Hoover, etc. I have a Eureka mighty mite, and a Sanitaire, and a Hoover. Works with all of them. Does not work with my Miele cannister...has a larger diameter hose and attachment connections.

Extension locks in place, slides in and out easily, good chrome finish, works great! Why use weak, easy to break plastic wands when the real deal is so little more?

Not totally what I expected

Fits well, but a little more flimsy than I expected. Would also be nice if there was a notch or button hole for the push button on my vacuum. I do like how many different lengths it can be in though.

Very good and solid vacuum wand

This chrome wand is well made. It has a switch to extend the length and locks in place. It fits solidly into the vacuum hose. This wand is so much better than the plastic wands that the vacuum came with.
