This is our favorite bottle. My baby has struggled with a lip and tongue tie and even after revision has continued to need to strengthen muscles and improve latch. My baby had no problems using this bottle neither before or after the revisions. It’s just the right size for breastfed babies. Each piece comes apart making it easy to clean. Very durable. The price is a little high but it’s a quality product so it’s worth it.

I got this because they were in multiple lists of non toxic baby bottles. My BF baby liked really liked them. The shape of the nipple is easy for her to hold on to. I would say flow might be a little to fast for newborns but good for 3+ month old babies. They’re very light and easy to hold. Not heavy like other glass bottles from popular brands. Feels good quality. I will say though, I had leaks a couple times when I tightened the ring around nipple too much. This made the silicone part move off center and when tipped over to feed baby it spilled. Easy fix though, just adjust the nipple and make sure it’s centered before feeding. I really like that they can be turned into training cups for the future too! I think they’re worth the price if you take good care of them.

I loved this Haakaa baby bottle. Glass bottles are just easier to clean and less chemicals for baby. Also, the fact that the nipple is in the side, means you don't have to tilt the bottle so much to get milk in the nipple part, especially if you do paced bottle feeding. The bad part about it, is that the glass is very thin, so if you drop it it can easily break and I mean, these bottles arent cheap. I bought the glass Philip Avent bottles, i accidentally dropped one and it didn't break. If it was cheap, i would have kept it just bc it looks so cute. But I returned it because my son didn't like to drink from it.

UPDATE: I've been using the same 3 Haakaa bottles for YEARS. For baby #3 using these bottles I decided to get another large one because I've been using two 3oz bottles and one 5oz bottle. To my surprise, they changed them to 4 & 6 oz bottles. I thought they just changed the markings but no.. they re-made the glass bottles and made them cheaper. I knew as soon as I took my new 6oz bottle out of the box that it was lighter and thinner because I've held these bottles for YEARS. I actually busted out the kitchen scale to test my theory and I was right, the new bottle was the same height, looked to be the same width, but significantly lighter. I'm saddened by this because I love this company, the bottles, the milk collectors, and I would have been more than willing to pay a little extra for the quality I know and love. Disappointed is an understatement, I'm beyond disappointed and just sad.. especially after reading my old review! Oh, and btw, that new Haakaa bottle I purchased a couple months ago..broke. The ones I've used, dropped, let my babies hold and drink from for years are still going strong. A little scuffed, but they were top quality, wish I could say the same about the new ones! I prefer glass baby bottles and I'm so happy I decided to try this one! I almost exclusively breastfeed my lil guy unless I need to go on an extra long shopping trip or something. I've tried soooooo many different brands/types of bottles and I was so convinced my son just didn't know how to drink from one! He makes this awful gulping sound when he drinks from bottles, it's almost like he swallows a ton of air with every sip of milk and it sounds painful. I finally tried out this haakaa glass bottle and I can't even explain how amazed I am by how well he drank from this bottle! He latched right on just like he does at the breast and drank at a good pace with no painful gulping sounds. If you have a breastfeeding baby that has a hard time properly drinking from a bottle then you absolutely must try this one. 1000% RECOMMEND!!

I only use these and pigeon for my babies bottles and she loves them! The size is great for older babies, I’ve not had any issues with leaking and the nipple is great for breastfed babies. She has 3 teeth and likes to chew on the nipple, and it’s never caused any issue so the rubber is durable enough for your older babies.

I have 3 kids who were breastfed as babies. The other 2 refused bottles, despite spending a small fortune on buying all different brands. I decided to try this bottle with my 3rd breastfed kid and likes it. It is a great bottle and he has no trouble. I found that he will start chugging and get a bit startled (this is Bc he is used to breastfeeding.) just look up “paced feeding for breastfed babies”. This explains how bottles and nursing are different. You need to let the baby drink a few sips and give them a little break by taking the bottle out and put it back in their mouth. Otherwise they will just chug and chug and be confused. Breastfed Babies do this Bc with nursing, they have to suck hard at first to stimulate the let down… then they just suckle. So help your baby out by using this bottle but be sure to use the “paced feeding” method Bc that will help them learn to take bottles. Also, make sure milk is fresh. I found that my baby would not take breastmilk If it was 2-4 days old. He would do better if it had been pumped the same day or day before. Make sure milk is warm enough… remember they are used to breastmilk which is always 97 degrees- body temperature. Just some tips to make sure your breastfed baby can take a bottle.

I saw a recommendation for this bottle on reddit and 100% would recommend for any baby who is exclusively breastfed but for whatever reason has to learn to take a bottle. It's glass so you don't have to worry about microplastics. Very durable (I've dropped it a few times and it didn't break nor crack). The nipple is silicone and soft, shaped a lot like a breast which is why I think it works so well. It's hands down my favorite bottle.

My baby loves these bottles. She was refusing a bottle at 8 months and this was the winner. But I HATE THEM!! You have to get the top screwed on in the exactly right spot and tightness or they leak all over the place. I can not figure out what I’m doing wrong. They are high quality and easy to clean. The glass is nice and they feel light weight. I just wish I could get them to stop leaking all over me. But, my baby loves them and they are great bottles. If they could just fix the leaking they’d be perfect. I want to update this to say we are now using the 11 ounce bottle and it does not leak at all. Maybe the bottle nipples I had were defective? It’s a great bottle!!

Only bottle my breastfed newborn will use. SUPER easy to clean and sterilise. Great quality. Would recommend 100%.

Mine one broke within a few months, Philip avent has been in family for over 4 years now still going strong.

I’m so happy with this purchase, my 5 weeks old son loves it! Been looking for a great one that won’t cause nipple confusion. It’s the one!

Update: Do not recommend this! The cap never twists on properly and milk is always leaking! I always make sure the nipple is properly inserted and then you need to make sure the cap is threaded on real well or else milk leaks all over your baby! I was so excited to receive this Haakaa bottle with this different nipple and when it arrived it was the wrong size nipple not what was in the description ( I received the large size instead of 0+ months ). I'm disappointed because you can't order these nipples anywhere except the USD Haakaa website. Bed bath and beyond have it but they don't deliver to Quebec. I re-ordered the bottle again in the smallest size and it came with the correct nipple size like in the description.
