Insoles Men's PLANTAR FASCIA Support 3/4 Length Gel Shoe Insert

These have been the best inserts I’ve tried so far to relieve my plantar fasciitis. This is my third pair. I pair them with Brookes shoes. I haven’t had a flair up since.

I've had terrible pain in the bottoms of my feet for quite a while now. It's been very debilitating. It feels like someone has been striking the bottoms of my feet with a hammer. I can actually play racquetball for a few hours without problems, but I think that's endorphins masking the pain, because an hour after playing and for days at a time, OMG my feet hurt sooo bad. I've tried a lot of alleged solutions in the past, with minimal results. Even Dr. Sch. I've been to podiatrists and they always say plantar fasciitis and sell me clunky Velcro on on to your foot and ankle orthopedic devices that supposedly stretch the muscle that connects the muscle on the bottom of your foot to your heel. To me, all they did was make it hard to sleep. And no matter how tight I tried to get them on, they wouldn't hold my foot in the correct position. I saw these in a sporting goods store and tried them. MAGIC!!! AWESOME!!! WONDERFUL!!! I immediately came home and ordered them here for all my shoes.I would say I have a 90% reduction in pain, which is phenomenal.Note: I have only had these for a short period of time, so I don't know how long they will last. But IF they last more than a month, I will replace them anyway.

It is the answer to my shoe needs - I have flat feet, and use a well known foam insert - which is super - however there are some shoes that I like and wear that are too narrow in the front.often I would cut them and would be uncomfortable - I have used all sorts of over the counter items sold in stores - I saw these tried them and theyare great love them. Accidentally bought the woman's size, but it worked either way, as i have a very narrow heel - bought three pair of the men's size and love them. They give me support from the heel mid foot (arch) and room in the toe area'sA great product at least for me.

So far so good. A little better cushioning than the last pair I had. I have only been using them for a day so far and time will tell overall but I’m pleasantly surprised.

Really good-feeling insoles, with good overall cushioning and arch support.As noted in other reviews, they do slide forward a bit when you put on your shoes if you aren't careful to wedge them back into the heel before sticking your foot in - maybe a little adhesive on the underside would help, but I just give 'em a shove into the heel and once my foot is inside, they stay in place. You can also feel the front edge a bit under the curve of your toes (I might cut them a tad shorter there, if it continues to bother me).However, of all the insoles I've tried (and I've tried a lot!) these are the best - second only to a particular Dr. Scholls arch support insole that Dr. S doesn't offer anymore (big bummer). Anyway, these are really nice!

These things ain't bad, provided they're used in a very specific manner. The general design is sound. They amp up the arch support already present in your shoes, and the soft heel disc is a comfort for your heel bone. I was very impressed by these in the beginning. BUT, I'm not the kind of guy to buy an insert, slip it into a shoe, and let it live there indefinitely. If you're in the habit of shuttling inserts from boot to loafer to cross trainer to wingtip, avoid these. You see, the bottom of the heel disc (blue circle in picture) is sticky. Since these inserts aren't full-sole size, they're designed to rest against the back of your shoe and extend to that spot between the ball of your foot and your toes. The sticky disc helps keep them in place, so they don't slide forward. If you engage in a multi-shoe usage strategy as I do, the sticky spot doesn't stay sticky for long. This means that the inserts will start to slide forward when you're cruising down the sidewalk to Subway to get that yummy tuna on wheat (with lettuce, tomato, pickles, black olives and banana peppers - don't forget the tangy banana peppers; they're essential), and you end up feeling that sharp gap between your heel and the back of the shoe, and the very thin front of the insert has worked its way up behind your toes and just feels all wrong and oogie up in there. So again, if you plan on committing these to ONE pair of shoes and one pair only, they'll serve you pretty nicely for a spell. If you think you can use them willy-nilly in all of your footwear, well that's not true, you'll be living a lie, and that speaks poorly of you. You don't want to be that person.

No insert has helped keep my feet from aching like these, and I’ve tried a lot of them. Even in steel shank work boots walking on concrete all day, these help immensely. Checks the boxes for me, arch support, stabilization of the heel and metatarsal support. Bought two more pair.

Early days but these made quite a difference to the comfort of my shoes with my severe plantar fasciitis. Appear to be made of good material. Recommended.
