Installed this in a Renault Captur , size was nice and compact and done the job perfectly, decent picture . Recommended

Has a very OEM look to it once installed, as if the car came with it - which i love and part of the reason i brought this one rather than the hinged type you can get. Yes its a bit more work to install as you need to drill a hole for the mounts, and remove interior trim to route wires, but was an only 2-3 hours work and that was with me figuring things out as i went. Enough length on the cable to reach with plenty to spare, and while the image it adjustable, i left as is - its a nice wide view, bumper just in shot and can see my tow bar. When selecting reverse, the 12v reverse source i found turns on the camera and wired to the camera trigger wire of the head unit (aftermarket one), automatically engages camera mode when i select R.I know there are cheaper options out there, but given how much time goes into installing one of these, I’d rather do it right - once, rather than install something sub standard and be annoyed and have to swap it out later.

Nice small sized reversing camera with a decent picture.Good wide angle view with some 'fish-eye' distortion, a reasonable compromise between viewing angle/area and straight edges.Nice set of features, including compensating for offset location on rear of car - don't expect too much from this feature, it works with limited adjustment, better to get the camera as close to centre is possible.Does involve drilling single hole to fit, comes with wedges to adjust fitting angle and can be mounted either way up (image can be flipped L - R and Up - Down).Overall pleased with results, I can see from rear bumper to all around rear of car.

I recently bought a new android auto car audio and thought that I would take the opportunity to add a camera to provide a reversing aid capability. At first I tried an alternative cheap neat camera unit which was perfectly good, but I quickly found out, surprisingly, that many car audio units do not have the capability to either flip/mirror the camera image left to right or up down and certainly not both. This is important since many such cameras, used as a reversing aid, require the image to be flipped. A big thumbs down to the audio manufacturers. Enter the Parkvision camera. The unit gives great images, is solidly made and had the capability with its little switch, to flip the image any which way - overcoming the great shortfall of the car audio. Wanted to surprise my dad by fitting a reverse camera on his Duster asa sort of early birthday present so I bought this camera that is as close as I’ve seen to how the original looks(I didn’t buy the original as they are hard to come by) i installed it which took me about 2 days and now after the first rain the camera is intermittently working… most of the time it isn’tI was so pissed off that it didn’t work that I actually thought of return it even though it’s quite a bit of work to get it outI would look somewhere else before buying it.

This is the second of these I have purchased and and in both instances I have have been very pleased with with the quality. The picture whilst not appearing like HD is more than adequate. The very fact that I have purchased a second one is testimony to build quality and performance.

Great camera connected to my Kenwood 7722 great field of vision. I would recommend

Fitted to a 2013 C class. Took a day to fit but camera wiring easy enough. Once fitted the camera image is adequate probably similar definition to OEM camera for a 2013 car rather than a new camera. Button for adjusting image worked once to allow me to set the camera horizontal position then failed when I tried to get back into the settings. Horizontal movement seemed very limited so best of mounting as close to centre as possible.

Bra bild även när det inte är dagsljus. Bra att få med en fjärrkontroll för att justera bild och inställningar. Kameran är i metall och ger ett gediget intryck. Hög kvalité på både kameran och kablarna. Enkel installation. Jag valde att koppla kameran till konstant ström när tändningen är på. Detta för att kunna sätta på kameran även när backväxeln inte är i. Mycket nöjd! Rekommenderas.

Bonjour, je vous recommande cette camera de recul qui hormis qu'elle soit en métal et de très faible encombrement, est de très bonne qualité. Vous jugerez sur les photos la différence avec celle que je possédais avant. Aussi bien de jour comme de nuit, elle fait très bien son job, une image nette en toute situation. Les réglages affinés avec ce que j'appelle le "fameux bouton magique" est tout spécialement magique. Facile à installer et à affiner dans réglages pour les plus pointilleux comme moi.Donc elle est superbe, avec un prix non excessif, et commode dans son utilisation, vous ne le regretterez pas surtout pour votre sécurité ou du moins pour éviter un accro pendant une marche arrière ou un créneau.

Eccellente.Ora la camera che è arrivata in anticipo:Confezione esterna Amazon tradizionale; confezione originale in elegante scatola tipo smart-phone.Dentro: la camera, piccola interamente in metallo con un codolo di mm e un cavo in uscita con protezione antipiega. Comodo il PIN da 8 che passa agevolmente più dei soliti jack tipo RCA. Tutti i cavi per i cablaggi e un pulsante già collegato ma staccabile per le facili combinazioni di personalizzazione. La lente è eccellente con uno zoom non esagerato ma regolabile secondo le necessità. A me è servito perché l'ho installata in alto su un camper e riesco a vedere dove metto il ...sedere!Ha un'ottima sensibilità con luminosità regolabile su una scala di cinque punti. Si possono variare le strisce parcheggio e la scritta STOP che, volendo, può essere tolta. Bene, la pianto qui chiudendo con una confessione: ha sostituito una "cinesata" decisamente ridicola!
