My large Goldens enjoy the long-term chewing of this thick, tasty chew stick which is larger than most others and gives them something to do for a while instead of just quick instant gratification treats. They probably clean their teeth as well as there's lots of chewing taking place for long periods of time per chew. They look to be about 10 inches long with a diameter of about 7/8 of an inch, all told. They will spend a lot of time on one, then go back to it at a later date. It doesn't smell bad but has durability and the dogs love them as you open the package and just take one out and give it to the dog directly - ease of use.
