Very happy with this purchase. Functions as promised. Alarm is very sensitive and extremely loud. Under seat mounting was a bit difficult, but quick removal by thieves would prove difficult as well. They do include a post mount as if you need a simpler option. Light is bright and horn is effective with 3 different sound options. Overall great product. Update: purchased again for new bicycle. Pros: Upgraded model has new features including more horn sounds, adjustable volume and alarm sensitivity and light sensing feature that will automatically turn on tail light at night when bike is in motion . Con: New model uses thumbscrew instead of allen screw to secure light to mounting bracket making it easier to remove. I prefer the more secure allen screw.

It was difficult to attach at first, but fortunately the second alternative (the "third time") was the charm, and it was easy. This light/alarm is an incredible buy, maybe the best in all of my Amazon purchases. The alarm is a loud 115 decibels (just shy, I think the product info related, of the noise required to cause permanent hearing damage, and I believe it), but it is not so sensitive that it goes off unless someone is definitely messing with your bike (in my case, an expensive ebike). And everything works, even the motion-sensor brake light! For 20-or-so bucks, this alarm is a steal!

After my bicycle was stolen from in front of the grocery store, I purchased a new bicycle and accessories. I do not need a light for the bicycle since I rarely ride at night, and I happened to stumble upon this product during my search for accessories (TBH, I didn’t even know you could get an alarm for a bicycle until I saw this product). I think I’ve used the light once in the past year that I have had this on my bicycle, and I cannot comment on the brake light function since it is mounted below my seat facing backwards and cannot be seen while riding. I can comment on the alarm function which is the sole reason I made this purchase, and I have found it very satisfactory. I know that an alarm is a theft deterrent and not a preventive, but I do feel that my bicycle is just that much more secure when locked up outside, especially when I ride to the grocery store where I had my old bicycle stolen. The battery lasts for several months (I have been using this product for more than a year and have only needed to recharge it once), and when the battery was running low, it made a unique noise when I turned it on, but I did not recharge it until it stopped working altogether. The mount is easy to install, and the light in held in place with a screw and is easy to remove but time consuming enough that a thief cannot simply remove the alarm after it begins to sound. The alarm itself is quite loud (I once had the misfortune of accidentally tripping the alarm), and the unit appears to be quite durable having had to withstand rain and harsh sun during this past year and has done so without any decline in its function. Now for the things that need improvement. It’s nice that the remote can be mounted to the handlebars so that I can turn the light on or sound the horn while riding, however, after parking my bike and turning on the alarm, there is no great way to carry it, and on more than one occasion, it has gotten lost in the bottom of my bag. They should mount a ring on the bottom of the remote and provide a clip that could be attached to a keyring so I could clip this to my keys while I’m shopping. Secondly, the mount was not designed for a seat the size of mine. The product comes with 2 types of mounts - under the seat or to the seat post. I have a narrow seat, and the under-seat mount was too wide to fit on the seat rails of my bicycle. I therefore mounted it to the seat post, but this mount was made for a larger diameter seat post, and I had to use a couple of pieces of styrofoam between the mount and my seat post to get a good fit. I also found that there was just barely enough room between the bottom of my seat and the top of the rack I have mounted to back wheel for this to fit, and trying to reach the screw to remove the alarm to recharge it meant performing a bit of a contortionist routine - fortunately I only had to do this once so far, and I probably should not complain about it as it adds to the security of the device. Because of the tight space where I have this mounted, the light is directed towards the ground as there is not enough room to turn it up that little bit more that is necessary for the light to be directed straight behind me (it’s a good thing I do not actually need the light itself). Despite its shortcomings, this is a very good product, and I would recommend this to anyone who needs to leave their bike unattended.

It was working perfectly for about 2 months. Then I put the bike in the parking for another 2 months (didn't use the bike), and after that, no matter how much I charged the device, put new battery in its remote, the alarm thing just doesn't work. The LED is still flawless, even the small blue indicator on the remote works when I push its buttons, but seems the anti theft functionality has died.

This light/alarm is great. I ride for fun and to go out (I live downtown Las Vegas). This alarm puts me at ease when leaving my bike out. My only concern is the alarm may be too sensitive so I haven’t turned it on when chaining my bike to something that will have other bikes to the same post for fear someone might accidentally set it off. The light seems to work great. Not sure on battery life yet as I’m on my initial charge still but it is obviously not bad. Haven’t really explored the auto off aspect of it but my girl said the brake light works as intended.

This little things works great and is very loud, light is super bright and comes on every time you hit the brakes. Completely customisable light brightness, patten and horn sound. I bought two brands that look and act the exact same except the KENi brands charging port is a type “C” and the Padonnoiv is a micro “USB” so this is the one you want as type “C” is typically a better connector.

I really liked this product. It does what it's supposed to do and it does it pretty well. I was very surprised by the sound alarm and how loud it is was for the size. It will definitely scare off any potential thieves. at first, setting up everything on the bike seems confusing but just using some common sense is enough to put everything together. Overall this product is more than I could hope for and I'm glad I bought it.

This bike light/security device is decent for the price. It was easy to install. The light is bright and clearly visible. The round one I got shines bright when you slow down. The horn is fairly loud. The security siren works if you jostle the bike. Here's what I don't like. The 2 "smart" light modes are actually pretty stupid. If you stop for 30 seconds (eg at a busy intersection) the light turns off and does not come back on unless you trigger it. It's under my seat, do you think I know it turned off? No. Luckily, there are 2 normal modes that don't do this and still trigger the extra bright stopping light. My next issue is more of a concern. In the pictures I provided I showed the fob opened with a dime for reference. The non rechargeable battery is WAAY smaller than any AAA or AA battery. I haven't looked for this type of battery yet, but I'm worried about being able to replace it when the time comes. Again, the light is rechargeable, the remote is not. You can change the light function without the remote, but you can't use the security without it.

After my mounting clip broke by simple twisting it a bit to remove it, I contacted the seller and they strung me along for a bit saying they would get back to me but never did. I was willing to pay for a new piece of plastic mounting clip, but... crickets.. Other than that, it is a great product.

Easy to install and exactly what i was looking for. It does not ring for nothing, it first give a 2 beep warning and if the thief touch the bike again it starts for real !! I recommend 110%
