I have used this rack for just about anything. I add my BBQ rib rubs on the rack. It works for holding and cooling my cooking pans. I use it alot in the oven for pies and cookies. It cleans up in a jiffy and it's dishwasher safe. It's great for anything.

Sturdy and quite good

All in all, good racks. They fit a half sheet pan fine. I ran one through the dishwasher and it came out pristine -- no rust or discoloration (as it should be). I would have liked to see a bit more robust construction -- I have another that is better built than this one, but it doesn't fit a sheet pan and we have so many racks I wanted to standardize on just one type. Its good enough, though. Mostly the racks will be used for cooling, not cooking, and baked goods I'd put on it to cool wouldn't be nearly as heavy as a roast or the like.

These cooling racks are strong, well made and perfect counter top size. They are not likely to rust like my last set and they do not bend or flex when you move them around when they are full. Great buy!

This is the only one you should buy. Sure, it's more expensive than the wimpy ones, but it will work better and last you forever. What are you whining about? :)

Quality is good

The rack is very sturdy and does not warp when heated as many other racks do. I like the fact that it is raised high enough above the baking sheet that foods do not lie in a pool of grease. Fits nicely inside my baking sheet.

Dishwasher safe makes this incredibly easy to deal with compared to some alternatives. Fits great in a Nordic Ware Quarter sheet pan. Took quite a few times to find one that worked perfectly in Nordic Wares and ended up with this. No need to handwashing so its great to pull up for messy roasts and cooking without having to soak afterward.
