Hi The scraps are typically 3-5 oz (we have two different weights of veg).

Q: I have no color preference, but the strips I need are 2"x 9". Are the scraps big enough to cut the size strips?

Hi LindaThanks for your inquiry. Our scrap packs at Amazon FBA are pre packaged and sent to the fulfillment center for prime shipping. We have a mix of pieces from 4 by 4 to 15 by 15. They are mostly irregular in shape. For custom packs you can email us to prepare tannerynyc@gmail.com.

Q: Are the scraps/remminants upholstery leather?

hi. They are mostly 2.5-3.0 oz full grain leather scraps. Not heavier than that

Q: What method is used for tanning?

The majority of the leathers are chrome tanned. All our tanning processes meet the highest industry standards for the environment and leather sustainability.
