Does the job, but if you have to wash, make sure you hang dry as they shrink!

Proofing bread doesn't stick
I ruined a few loaves of bread in the past by having my "damp towel" stick to the risen loaf and then deflating it in the effort to remove it. After 4 loaves of varying moisture with this cover, that problem seems solved. Seems well made and substantial.

They are great proofing cloths
I used these proofing clothes to put over the bowls of dough I was proofing. They are heavy enough to stay on for hours and keep the dough warm and moist.
