However my only complaint is that the peaberries are different sizes which can contribute to an uneven flavor after roasting. Although, I still enjoy this product and will buy it again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Crema, Great Cappuccino *by D***O on May 5, 2016* These are great Robusta beans that really compliment the cappuccino's I make with a blend of 25% Robusta and 75% Aribica beans. I tend to roast these med-dark which yields the best flavor in a mixed coffee drink. Great thick crema. Bold taste. No stones or debris in the bag either.
