So far-so good
The Leg Up works great. I was a little skeptical but this tool makes a world of difference. Even with heavy 3/4” plywood, loading the tablesaw was a breeze. I’m still amazed at how easy this is

I’m stumped
Now, let me begin by saying the design concept is wonderful, from what I can see.But it gets two stars because the instructions are about the worst I’ve ever seen. Instead of giving you a detailed set of installation instructions including photographs, there are simply vague sentences that speak if “the protruding lip at the edge of the table-saw,” or “the end of the rail for the fence.”Neither of the included brackets - vertical or horizontal - seems to work on my Ridgid table saw. It simply won’t fit and so I can’t mount it. Therefore the gadget is useless to me, and I’ve wasted time and money on its purchase.

Like having a helper when cutting whole sheets of plywood
I got this as a gift from my wife after we both saw it on 'Cool Tools' (DIY network). I make cabinets in my shop and frequently struggle with entire sheets of very expensive cabinet grade plywood. Because the material I buy has to be double sided hard maple veneer, it can be costly if a single blemish comes about from wrestling it onto the table saw for dimensioning. The Leg Up was easy to install on to the lower surface of my standard Biesemeyer fence rail. The product comes with a little rubber wedge that once adhered to the upper surface of the square fence rail allows for scratch free rotation of the plywood into position. The functionality was exactly as demonstrated and the plywood is easily rotated onto the rail of the table saw. I would not try to position it directly on the table because the corner can still protrude and scratch while being lifted. I use a plywood skateboard fashioned from a two foot section of 2X6 with a dado on top and three casters on the bottom that allows me to effortlessly maneuver around the shop with a full sheet. This also allows me to just rest the corner on the J bracket shaped end of the Leg Up and slide the skateboard away.I did find that the iron used to fabricate the Leg Up was rather soft, and is actually easily bent by hand without even having to put it over my knee. I would think that they could do better on this aspect because anyone who sees this work in person could easily engineer the exact same thing with better steel found in any hardware store in America.
