Help. How do you put his cape on? I know its just thin felt and I have to be careful trying to put it on.

First take his entire head off. Put one of the holes in the cape around the neck piece and over lap the second hole over the first hole around his next and put the head back on. It does not go around the arms. It just goes under his head. So w head off... line up both holes in the cape and put over his neck and put head back on. I didn't know myself at first. Hope this helps u
