It helped right away. It reduced my craving for alcohol. I still have a glass of wine at night but I can stop there. I suppose with more motivation I could quit altogether. It's a cute bracelet and I love the color. Well made. I say for the money why not give it a try? I'm pretty amazed at how well it works.

I’ve bought 2 of these bracelets for my wife, so far, and she loves them. One was hematite with moonstone, and seeing as she liked the first one, I then bought the hematite with amethyst version. Now she wears them both, one on each wrist. She feels that they do definitely help with the numbness in her arms. These bracelets are definitely superior to the others I looked at. They are much stronger magnetically, more durable, and the size is adjustable. They are easy to get on and off, but can also be left on in the shower. They look great too! Due to their quality, they are excellent value. Also, their customer support is superb! They stand 100% behind their products.

The bracelet is made with quality materials but I have a hard time adjusting the strings to make the bracelet tighter and looser.

the bracelet is good looking!! But it is small!! even being open all the way. I had a hard time getting it on my wrist and it was even harder getting it off. I do not have large hands or wrists, so next time it goes on, it may never come off. The magnets seem strong and it did reduce some of my pain. But due to being so tight, it was distracting. I think they should have various sizes and that would greatly help.
