It’s very good moistauring cream

This is the most perfect lip ointment I have ever used! Lips feel extremely soft, supple and nourished for a long time!I was using CeraVe Healing Ointment on my lips before (which is great), but I find it doesn’t last as long on the lips, and it is more slippery and shiny than Vaniply. Petrolatum/petroleum jelly (which is what CeraVe ointment is mostly made of) is more slippery and shiny than dimethicone (the active ingredient in Vaniply), therefore disappearing from your lips so fast.I do not taste the Vaniply Ointment on my lips (I don’t lick it of course, but it accidentally slips into your mouth when you eat, drink, talk, etc), and Vaniply lasts longer on the lips, keeping them softer longer. Also Vaniply Ointment says clearly on the label that it can be used on the lips.In the past, I've used different oils, cocoa butter, beeswax, beef tallow, chapsticks and other lip balms, and Vaniply Ointment is by far the best for my lips.I’m very happy I gave Vaniply Ointment a try. I’ve filled a few empty chapstick containers with it and I have it everywhere I am. I even printed out cute labels and taped on the containers to know what product is in there.

My teenage daughter had a really bad cause of an allergic reaction/exzema for about 9 months during middle school. We tried many dermatologist, allergists, emergency room, regular doctor, etc. Once my daughter began appling this to her face, things got much better. Now 6 years later she still keeps on hand for those days where her skin feels dry. She only feels comfortable using this. We were ordering through Walmart pharmacy, but so much easier to order here. I highly recommend this product - and so does the dermatologist who helped heal my daughter after 9 months.

My daughter suffers from severe eczema (atopic dermatitis), and discovered the Vanicream products when she was in the hospital. Vaniply is not available in the drugstore, but it is an important product for her, so ordering ahead of time is a must. Because it is an ointment, it has lasting power and gets her through more of her day before she has to reapply. I sent this to a friend going through proton therapy (Breast Cancer) that left her skin raw. Another friend who got burned from a broken tea pot (!!!), also found this was the only stuff that didn’t irritate her delicate skin.
