Back cover is bent, Wear along edging, stained pages along the bottom contains writing in pen in book itself. This is clearly not in new condition. I wouldn't even say this is in "good" condition. I demand a refund or in the very least a partial refund for this used copy. The markings are all in different colored ink and I find it distracting to study through this. That is why I wanted a book that was new or in the very least close to it.
