Reviews all seem to be great or awful - i gave it a go! My hair is bleached but likes to go back to pale gold. I wanted a gentler alternative to wella T18 and the harsh developer. This is like a hair mask. Smells lovely. I was sceptical because the poroduct doesn't look a very dark blue/purple when you squeeze it out. I used a clarifying shampoo then blotted hair with towel then massaged in a few big blobs of the toner and left for 30 mins. My hair definitely looked less gold and more pale blonde. It felt soft too.

It wasn't what I expected but it does work very well. I've used it about 3 times on my shoulder length hair and it definitely tones down the yellow. I still have enough for another round. Lasts about 3 or 4 washes using cool water. Nice condition after use. I recommend washing your hair then blotting with a towel before application, then leaving for about 30 minutes for strong effect. Would use this again.

Absolutely amazing – this saved me a lot of money from having to go back to the hairdressers after my blonde extensions went orange on holiday from suncream. After going to a paint party on holiday I was so worried my hair would be stained orange as it wouldn’t wash out, and honestly cried thinking I’d ruined it – but this completely saved me. I left it on for around half an hour with little hope, but it got rid of the orange tones and gave me my lovely blonde colour back. The blue colour is a bit scary at first, but it does all wash out! Overall, really impressed with the results. The first 2 pictures are before I used it. The 3rd is after!

It's OK. Not brilliant. Best for the lighter yellow tones. Leave it in for the time it says as it isn't as intense as others. It didn't leave blue on my more porous parts.

I had 2 month old hair extensions that had already gone dry, yellow and with an orange tinge. Half an hour after application, rinsed and dried they were transformed to a silky ash blonde. I will never be without this. It's fantastic!!

I found it at Target and it is unbelievable good. It not only leaves my color platinum white-ish but super silky. I LOVE this one !

After I read all the positive reviews, I though I would get something good. It honestly made my hair very dry and no difference in color at all.

Mes cheveux ont été décolorés et ont une teinte légèrement jaune, j'ai donc décidé d'acheter un tonique, pensant que cela éliminerait la teinte jaune comme indiqué sur l'emballage. 30 minutes après l'application du produit de rinçage, rien n'a changé et la couleur reste jaune. Je suis déçu et je ne commanderai plus
