Great hot tub!
Such an excellent buy! This was easy to set up; I am a small, not strong person with no general experience of setting up anything and I did it by myself so it was ready when my children got in from school. The hardest part was the last hand pump to get the creases out and attaching the filter part. I will say I didn’t use the instructions I typed in setting up my Lay Z spa on YouTube and a nice man guided me through it! Once set up I will say it took me a few days to get my head around chemicals. I would say make sure you have a chlorine dispenser and tablets ready to go. I have since bought chlorine tablets, pool clear - algecide and testing strips. All just cheapest on Amazon. I am now on top of it. I put algecide every evening and a chlorine tablet each day (mine are big ones) As well as fishing bits out with net and cleaning filter after each use, so for us daily. Our water is crystal clear and although it sounds complex it did only take about a day or two for me to work out. We had two cloudy days and it was killing me! Size: I am so glad we paid more for the bigger size. Our children 5 and 8 (but small 5 and 8) have plenty of room to play. We have had all 4 of us in it and again kids could play while we sat. We’ve had 4 kids on a play date and that was really fun! What I can say is I considered the 2 -4 size as we have 4 in our family and I can safely say it would NOT have been anywhere near big enough. I am really glad we got this one. As we use ours everyday I read it is cheaper to keep it running all the time. We lower temperature to 30 at night and then turn it back up on morning as bubbles lower temperature. It isn’t noisy no one has said anything and our neighbours would tell us! Overall a fantastic purchase!

Happy Days!
Wow! Wow! Absolutely Love it! I’ve wanted one of these for so so so long, managed to persuade the hubby that I will have it for my birthday “lol” It all came very well packaged, so went through all parts to make sure everything was was there, which it was. Assembly of the spa pool was very quick and easy to follow with the step by step instruction booklet. All parts look to be made well as is the main body of the spa and pump/filtration unit. I like the fact that the pump for the bubble also doubled up as a pump to inflate the spa pool and it says to run the pump for about 5 mins and then finish off with the supplied hand pump to the mentioned bar, just so you don’t over inflate! Once filled up and does take a little time to do, but once full we had it all running with bubbles and filtration going, you have to expect a little noise because of all the bubbles but that’s normal, the pump screen is easy to navigate and use, also has a couple of pockets on the top for your drinks so that’s also great! It has a timer you can set to have the heater working and you can set what temperature you want it at too. When starting the bubbles you can stop them at any time, but that does have a timer which is set to 30 mins and automatically stops after 30 mins. We’ve had this up for a few months now and been in it many times night and day, we’ve not had to top it up with any air and have had no problems at all just lots of fun! Great value for money, great time for all the family anytime of the year, if your brave enough lol

Cost!
Helsinki hot tub is brilliant, easy to setup and very quick. Was filling up with water in about 30minutes. Heats from cold to around 28-29 in about 5-6 hrs with the lid on. It costs around 85p an hour to run the heater - obviously didn't buy it expecting it to be free to run 👍 So you can imagine £6ish a day to heat it which is a fair bit every week as the wife wants to use it EVERYDAY!. Purchased a thermal cover for it which does help alot. Keeps alot of the heat in and it means you can turn the heater off and it will only drop a degree or so over the course of a few hours. If you are going to use it alot as my wife is! I'd suggest investing in a fixed / fibreglass style one rather than an inflatable. As I would imagine they are better insulated and such! Over all a great buy, and very happy.

Reliable and sturdy
This is one of the best things we have ever bought iv fitted dozens for different people but fancied one ourselves absolutely very easy ,as it says on the box 4 easy steps on a hot day it was up and filling within 15 minutes with no problems it took me longer to get it out the box , it’s better than I thought I thought it might be hard on the floor but it’s very soft and comfortable in the base where you sit and the side are very sturdy as you can sit on the side or use the side as a handle to get in is great . The sides are much better than we thought they look so real just like wood , a very well built and sturdy Hot Tub I would well recommend this tub as I’m an Electrician I’m well used to wiring these type of tubs as they are very well made and come with everything you need apart from water love it love it love it I like it better than the hard tubs as it’s much more comfortable and soft the kids love it too I just can’t keep them out ( the only down fall is i can’t leave the kids on there own so I have to get back in , it’s a tuff life , so don’t think about it just do your self a favour and buy one you too will love yours I promise.

Disappointed
I thought this was a great purchase it looks good. However vs the other cheaper hot tub which lasted 6 years it’s got 3 or 4 holes in it that have needed replacing. Really disappointing given the high price, it seems to be due to the material which is stronger than the other hot tub but seems to more easily attract holes. So sad I love my hot tub

Excellent apart from lid
Excellent hot tub for my therapy and deep enough for the grandchildren to swim round in. Looks smart as well. The only downside is the lid which has failed to stay inflated allowing heat to escape and allows rain to leak in through the stitches on the rim. This can make a significant increase in the water depth. An insulated winter cover has stopped this as well as conserving heat that would have been lost otherwise.

Loads of room
Fantastic spa with having thin walls this gives you much more room inside the tub, the floor is well insulated and padded, I also use the lay z spa foam matt underneath too. Holds the heat well when the lid is on and keeps temp when in use until you use the bubbles, drops a degree or two then.

One of the best things I've owned
As the many other reviews said, it is easy to install, and once it's full, you don't really have to worry about changing the water for the duration or the summer. As long as the chlorine and Ph levels are checked and topped up, it is ok to use daily with the same water for 2 or 3 months. We change the filters every 7 to 10 days, but filters are not expensive to buy. I bought a pack of 8 from my local B&M for less than 20 pound. It also comes with your chemicals and test dip sticks. What can I say, we only live once! And this hot tub has added a lot of happiness to my already happy life. I've placed it on a flat surface, over the soft protective mats which can also be purchased on Amazon. You don't have to have a huge garden, and if you have sun trap, like me, then, this amazing spa will make your English summers a lot more bearable. It is not even that expensive to run either. We've currently got the water temperature at 31 degrees. We switch it off at night, and keep it covered up when we don't use it. It is still 28 to 29 degrees in the morning, and we only turn the temperature up a couple of hours before use. It doesn't take more than 2 hours to heat back up by 2 or 3 degrees. We use it every day, truly amazing! Energizing, invigorating, a great purchase.
