Love this tea brand! The Stomach tea and heartburn tea have worked great and this tea before bed or after a stress full day is very relaxing and light. I prefer to drink herbal teas when I'm pregnant and nursing, and I try to avoid caffeine. Oh, I do love coffee, so I often find myself craving some drink that is hot and bitter. So I brew a strong cup of this tea for myself and get to enjoy the herbal benefits as well as the relaxing ritual of a hot drink. As a young mama with two littles and one on the way, I also appreciate the herbs that help me relax and feel centered. Also, this tea blend includes red raspberry leaf, which is an excellent herbal tonic for the uterus. This is great tasting tea that puts me to sleep quickly. After a stressful day it helps me to relax. The only problem has been that I am nursing my 3 mo old son and noticed sharp drop in milk production and couldn't pinpoint the cause. Then I started researching ingredients I found a sourse that said that lemon balm (main ingredient of this tea) has a potential to drop milk production and is used to treat overproduction of breast milk or to dry up the supply. Even though it is said on the box that this tea is safe during breastfeeding (which I don't doubt), do your own research on the ingredients before ingesting it. I had to stop drinking it and trying to reestablish my production. However, will deffinately drink it after done nursing.

I bought this tea for my wife who is pregnant, but she did not like it. I went on a juice fast around the same time and many people recommended drinking tea to help control my hunger urges. So I started drinking this. It is very good tea. I drank 2-4 cups a day and it helped a lot with my hunger pains. after I ran out of this tea I checked my local stores to see what they had for organic teas. It is almost impossible to find a good organic tea! all of the teas I found said "Natural- fill in the blank" when I checked the ingredients they would all list "Natural Flavors" as an ingredient!!! Naturals Flavors are almost always anything but natural. Natural flavors can be anything that = less that 2% of the total ingredients. Anything! it can be MSG. Or it can be the new Pepsi favorite "Fetus Flavor Enhancers"... Rant over. Earth Mama is the only tea I've found that list all of its ingredients and all of them are organic! The flavor has become a bit bland to me, but thats nothing that a little lemon or lime can't fix.

I found this tea to have a nice, subtle flavor and a calming effect. I like to have something warm to sip throughout the day and wanted it to be caffeine-free. This is a great tasting option - lightly citrus, chamomile flavor, 100% organic, and no caffeine. I drink it any time of day. It also comes in a cute box, so I’m planning to order a few of these to put in gift boxes for pregnant friends.

Being pregnant with "rainbow" babies (babies conceived after the death of the baby that came before them) are so stressful and it's hard to relax at all. I especially have a hard time sleeping at night and getting my mind to settle down. I've been prescribed sleep meds, but I don't like taking them since they make me wake up feeling drowsy. These are wonderful. I get VERY sleepy and calm and go right to sleep and stay asleep. I wake up refreshed. Can't ask for more!! It tastes great - I do add a teeny bit of sugar. The tea is weak, even though I let it steep the full 10 minutes, but that's ok with me, I don't mind. I've never liked tea before, but I love ALL of the Earth Mama Angel Baby teas.
