excellent and tasty

This is one of the best canned salmon I have found, and I have done a lot (a lot) of searching. I love the convenience of canned salmon as a healthy snack mid-day or evening but it has taken a long time to find good quality salmon at a reasonable price. Raincoast is just that. Usually wild pink salmon is flavorless and fishy, but the red chinook is too expensive. Somehow Raincoast has found a way to provide flaky rich salmon as good as red chinook at the price of pink. As for the skin and bones, yes, it contains them and that is a good thing. The omega-3 fatty acids concentrate in the skin, and the bones, softened by the canning process, are an excellent source of calcium. I actually seek out canned fish WITH skin and bones (such as Wild Planet Wild Sardines). The bones are barely discernible in a sandwich or burger, even when I eat it straight from the can they do not bother me. Finally, BPA free cans is huge, thank you Raincoast for that commitment.

I like that is includes the skin and bones which are cooked and soft. This provides an important and nutritious part of salmon most others do not include. Extra cost is worth it.

I like these cans a lot when they're not damaged. But 7 of my cans arrived dented :(. The same happened with a can of the boneless/skinless earlier this year. Probably gonna stick to other brands

Raincoast Canned Salmon, a wild-caught product from Canada that includes skin and bones (skin and bones are good for health), has very little fishy smell, and is usually excellent quality. Good value for the price, especially since, even with recent tariffs against Canada, the price has increased only a little,...well, at least, so far. When it has been on sale for a lower price in the past, I bought more, because I really do like this canned salmon and use it frequently in recipes or just for snacking. I hope it will continue to be available to buy through Amazon.

Good quality and particularly like the soft bones and skin - better nutrition. I prefer other types of salmon with bones, etc. too but refuse to purchase if I need to use a can opener.

Other 2 tuna and salmon I tried out there doesn't even taste remotely like fresh food. This one does and its addictive. My body lights up just thinking about eating it which I think is a lot healthier than the other salmon't turn I will never go back to other segment I'll be buying this one from now on.

I like everything about this product, philosophy, and Canadian. They are a smaller cannery based in B.C. All of their product is sustainable, and local. Employing independent fishermen and women! No large factory boats, that pick up everything and help to destroy the eco system. I prefer to spend my hard earned dollars, supporting companies like this. According to their website, the fish is not bleached or pre cooked and no added water. Just the fish, and its own juices. Enough, you want to know how it tastes? One word "Delicious" The salmon, has a very mild delicate taste, and has a bit of sea salt added. I think this will be the only canned seafood I will buy from now on..

Great simply the best canned salmon I have ever eaten. I keep it chilled in the refrigerator and a great alternative for breakfast on toast besides the obvious uses. It is moist and dense has no extra salt or fillers.
