Why isn't this on stahlwerk website?  is it genuine or not?  does it have usa warranty or not?

I went to that website. Read all about the warranties that they offer. 7 years from what I remember. Sounded impressive. I pulled the trigger and after about 2 months, right after that all important 30 day return window closed, the welder seemed to think that I pulled the trigger on it and it gave up the ghost. Went to that questionable website that touted that too good to be true warranty and sent a couple of emails inquiring about how to get my welder fixed..... almost 2 years on now.... and I'm still waiting for a reply. Buy I'm sure even if they did respond I would have to pay to ship it to China which would likely cost more than the damn welder to begin with. Then it hits you, no wonder they offer a 7 year warranty, because no one would actually send it to get fixed after they learn how much it'd cost!!! I'm sure China gets a kick out of everytime that they screw over an American. Can't blame them I guess, we accel at incredible levels of stupidity some times. I mean we have literally financed the military build up of a country whose stated goal is to topple the US and become the world's sole superpower. Pretty stupid, huh?
