I bought these for a ladies' crafting session. The colors are good. Although the projects won't be completed in one sitting, they're not so large as to be overwhelming. Good quality kits, include most of needed items... because I gave each lady one project, I had to supplement hoops, needles & snips. Good value.

I enjoyed creating this piece for my granddaughter. It was fairly simple & came out beautifully. The piece is charming & seems timeless. There was enough thread to complete the piece, which I'm never super confident about.(oftentimes, I'll purchase two of the same kit rather than running out & trying to find & match thread)Also of note, I'm pretty much a beginner & have not been doing this for very long.

I love the designs in this set! That being said it comes with one hoop, but it does fit all 2/4 designs. It does give great instruction for learning, but you may need to improvise a bit for layout. It comes with plenty of embroidery floss!

Great pattern that was very easy to follow. Also, I didn't run out of any floss colors.Took me about 5-6 months to complete (skipped the back stitching), but that was primarily stitching on the weekends.The stamp was great and made the pattern very easy to follow. Once I was done, the ink for the stamp washed out after about 20 minutes of soaking in warm water (with a drop or two of dish soap). The only bit that lingered a bit was the red text for the title. Luckily, I framed it for my mom, so couldn't see the faint red that remained.

This was the most difficult set I bought. If you can’t read the instructions all you have to do is look at the picture and match the colors. Otherwise yes it would be difficult. I am in the process of embroidering this set and picked the hardest one to do. So decided to do an easier one. I have not embroidered for a long time and my fingers are sore but I’m 86 so it’s understandable.Someone asked if there’s enough thread for all the pictures. I’ve finished two complete designs and there’s more than enough thread. They are in individual envelopes each picture has their own thread. There’s also more than you need. I messed up on one and borrowed from another kit. That all work. I’ve even changed colors in some of it because I liked the other color better. Just order one set then do them and see how it goes for you. Don’t be hard on yourself. It’s easy to do. They do only put one hoop to put the cloth in so if you want to use them as a frame which I do. You will need to order more hoops. They’re not that expensive. I will send a photo when I’m finished with some of them.

I love these, but there are some things to know... the hoops they come with are too small, the instructions are filled with spelling errors, the design on the package and the picture of what it is suppose to look like are not exact, and they come with barely enough thread to get the job done. I went to Michael's crafts and bought 8" hoops for like 3 bucks each and some more thread so I could make a few mistakes and not worry about having enough thread, so not a big deal. If you have never done embroidery before the instructions will make it a bit difficult, but if you are resourceful then you will figure it out and the spelling errors aren't so bad that you cant read it. Other than that this product was WONDERFUL!! I would buy them again, but I've done embroidery before.

This is a great introduction kit for those starting embroidery or for those who enjoy a quick project! Great price!
