I'm a big guy and the neck part is fine to me.

Q: Can this fabric be dyed? Wanted to dye it for a Halloween costume

I don’t kept mine white but it looks like it can be dyed. They run on the larger size. Mine was way too big

There is no height option. The photo is a good guide. I am 5' 6" and the cuff hits my wrist.

One believes not. I took my two items to a local embroidery - the USCG had specifics of size and design. ( coast @ approx was $29 for both)
