I could not find the fish oil that I was using at a good price, so I decided to buy this because it has a good value. The pill size is good and easy to swallow. Some doctors say to take it, and others say it doesn't matter. So I decided to cut down to one a day. I don't like the taste or smell of fish anyway. But this pill does not taste or smell that fishy. It states on the package that it is purified to remove mercury. So I do think that makes a difference and have reordered.

I have been taking these omega 3 pills and they are excellent, they do not fall heavy in the stomach and do not leave you the smell of fish. The packaging brings a good amount, it is a very good supplement.
