Can I put this in tank ,washed,with fish already in?

It is possible but it is really fine , I have a four foot aquarium and I do sometimes top up existing sand after a water change

How big is the gravel? 1mm?

They are very small pieces. One bag is only good for a small area.

How fine is this sand?

1 mm - very natural in colour with different hues unlike some white gravel/sand which looks bleached white and uniformed

Can you use this sand for garden under membrane

Not sure but it’s not really sand it’s more like grit. You could probably get builders sand for cheaper
