Fits Medela Swing Maxi perfectly, slightly longer connector than the ones that come with it as standard but work really well. Very useful for people like me who don’t fit the standard 20mm and 24mm sizes to still be able to pump effectively.

These work perfectly. I had a panic when my maymom 19mm shields that I used for my son 3 years ago didn’t work with the medela symphony pump anymore (medela has changed the tubing attachments and these are no longer compatible). Thank goodness for nene shields, arrived quickly, easy to attach to the medela pump part, easier to clean than old maymom shields, work great. No issues with fit not being snug/secure to the rest of the pump mentioned by some reviewers. I really don’t know why medela don’t supply smaller breast shields, but if you need 19mm then highly recommend these.

I had a bellababy pump and the standard flanges that came with it are huge.Ididnt know about this until a friend recommended itIdidnt even sized my nipples just got what i think will be good. And thankfully size 19 was perfect with me.They help with pumping so much also without them it was painful at first.

I liked how the company was keen on communicating and staying in touch with me till the product was delivered. As for the flange, I think it’s size is ideal, perfect for me. However having a softer outer edges would’ve made the pumping experience for me better. It’s hard to describe, but am comparing it to the medala flanges that have the rubbery/ silicon edges, these ones don’t.

I have been a "pumper" more than I'd like to admit with my 3 kids. But I've always used the standard flanges shape and it worked just fine, but I still had some discomfort and struggled to empty my slacker right side. But now, having tried these oval flanges on a whim, I can't go back to the other ones. These fit my shape much better and actually help to empty my slacker side better! Which means less hand expressions after I'm done with a session. Recommending these to anyone who needs some motivation to keep going. Because I was considering being done sooner than I'd like to admit.

Not sure why exactly but my output has increased a good amount each pump with these. I was using the Medela style flanges with the rubber edges before, the angle that cups the breast is very wide in my exact sizes. I wanted to try these as they my exact sizes too and had classic flanges without the rubber edges. They are really comfortable and their angle isn’t as wide as Medela’s, so not sure if that’s how they’re increasing my output but they are. I highly recommend.

These are the perfect size for me but they are very stuff and rigid and don't always stay on due to the round part that sits on skin is too small (for me). I wish that part was a little bigger and not to flat. Boobies aren't flat!!The tube is actually a little long and tougher to clean, also they stick out very far and it makes it dangerous to walk around with, they hit the door frames 😂😂Overall happy with them though!
