Can i write on this paper with a pen or pensil?

Yes, you can write on this paper with pen and/or pencil. The pencil line might not be very dark. I painted on this paper with acrillyc paint, cut it, heated it with a heat gun after wrapping it as a bead on a skewer and shrunk it into wonderful metallic beads. You can also put it thru an ink jet printer.

Can I use a laser printer on these?

No. And you will probably get the printer stuck if you try to pull it off

do these have words printed on them - Tyvec, etc like some rolls do or are they blank

They are just blank white tyvek. No words or graphics.

If I print on these sheets with an ink jet printer, would the ink come off in water?

His yes it would. You need to buy ink jet coated tyvek for that purpose. Hope it helps
