My husband used these for my second piercing. Easy to use. Maybe we should've done more research but it wasn't extremely clear if the plastic around the needle should stay on during piercing. Some instructions could be a nice addition, but then again we should've researched more.

These came nice and neat in their very own pack, not a single problem using them. The entire needle held up for the piercings and it made the whole process super simple.

14 Gauge is the correct size for treating a pneumothorax or a tension pneumothorax. This is the right price to allow them to go into every first aid kit. A pneumothorax is where a bullet passes through the chest cavity and exits the chest wall. Air escapes and it is often called a "sucking chest wound". You always need several. Each may need to be replaced after 30 min while waiting to get a GSW victim to the hospital.
