I regularly use the quarter sheet plan to bake fish, chicken, etc for two. This pan has a good finish does well at high temperatures.

I love the size since I use it to put dough balls in the freezer to firm up so I can use smaller servings. The size easily fits into my freezer.

I got this to fit in our toaster oven. This was a perfect size, works great, and we love it.

After recently dining at an informal restaurant that used 1/4 sheet pans for serving your meal, I wanted one to use in my campervan. Even though I already have 2 pans this size, I had to get this gorgeous bright red one since it is my favorite color. The color is the perfect red and the pan seems substantial. I do not plan to use it in the oven for baking and will not put it in the dishwasher. It should last indefinitely with the right care and will make a great addition to my camper when eating my meals.

Great pan! Easy to clean and made from quality material. The non-stick coating, colour and embossing of the pan look identical to my Oxo pan, which have owned for a few years and performs very well. This pan is the perfect size for my toaster oven. Would definitely recommend.
