This holster is ambidextrous, adjustable, and will carry a lot of extra equipment. I really can’t see why it wouldn’t work for a Lady as well. It can be worn around the waist or over the shoulder to accessorize or defer attention from anti-gun folks. Hope this helps you in some way?!!!

How is the draw? Is it quick?

I'm going to say yes I put my Barrel to the left in my hand would be pulling to the right. It seems like it's pretty quick to pull out the my pistol. I have a full size Glock 40 caliber

What is the belt width

Belt itself is 2” wide, and about 20”-24” long as depicted to the left. The fanny pack is about 7”x8”..

I see it fits a k1911. the descript states max length of 6.5in. i have a sig p229 which is around 7in. is there wiggle room to fit?

Yes, I carry a Glock 19 with no issue and the dimensions are 7.2/4.9/1.1 where the Walther creed is 5.6/1.3.
