It spins quietly and for a long time. Bearings are very good. Been playing with it for a few weeks now and it's held up. The middle part comes off if it's unscrewed and that can happen accidentally, but it's easy enough to just screw it back into place.

I have yet to hold this until it completely stops... it just goes on, and on, and on... smoothest gears I have ever held. Heavy duty construction, too... even the paint is well done so it's not likely to scratch/chip if dropped. If you have been craving the feel of the original old school heavy duty steel fidget spinners, this is an ideal one for you. The design has been updated a bit - it's more flat and textured like a mechanical device now compared to the smooth and rounded design of the old ones. I am definitely going to be getting more Atesson brand spinners now to check out their other designs... it's pretty clear from this one that these are being designed by someone who truly gets what features their audience is looking for in a fidget spinner.

For the price, this fidget spinner is exceptional! The only reason I gave it four stars is because it did not come screwed on tight. It literally fell apart while my son was spinning it on the first day. After putting it back together and tightening everything myself, it has not fallen apart, even when he accidently dropped it at a later date. Not sure if it was just the one I bought or if they are all like that but, if you have no idea how to put it back together, you'd think you wasted your money on a cheap, non functional toy. Other than that, it's a great fidget spinner! It's heavy (in a good way), solid, and durable. We like it a lot. Even my husband asks my ten-year-old if he can spin it sometimes. Oh! It's also so quiet, you almost can't hear it spinning.

I don't know why anyone complains about the center coming apart. One of the product pics and the video literally shows how it is assembled and you can unscrew it or *gasp* screw it back together if it comes apart. My advice, just tighten it before use or after dropping it, etc., to be sure. It's quiet, feels nice (heavy but not too heavy), and will spin long enough that I end up stopping and restarting it before I let it just stop. However, my cat wants me to lower the star rating because he stopped it with his face and was annoyed I bought a toy not meant for him.

Kind of has a buzzing noise and weird resistance. It does spin for as long as it claims roughly (4-5 minutes), but it's just okay. I owned a much better one in the past that was utterly silent and better constructed, but misplaced it at some point. This one vibrates a bit too much on the center. Also, I bought two, but one seemed defective, and does not spin cleanly. Specifically, I bought the black one and the blue one. The blue was fine, the black one came with the center piece already fallen apart, and after reassembling properly, it spins rough and noisy.

I've had mine for a week now and I love it. It spins for a long time with little effort. I can't say exactly how long it spins because of the reason I got it. I can't sit still for it to spin for 3-4 minutes, although I can say it takes awhile for it to just lose momentum. No parts have come flying off like some comments so if you want a good fidget spinner, this is a good choice. I got the purple and black one.

This spinner had the potential to be pretty decent but it definitely missed the mark. The body is metal which gives the spinner some heft but the center grip is made of cheap plastic that just snaps into place. On the first day of spinning, the center grip broke apart. For people that need fidget devices like this, that is unacceptable and renders the device useless. I spent the extra few bucks thinking that I was getting a quality product... wrong. I'll echo some of the other reviews and confirm that the outer grip areas are of poor quality and the bearings frequently seize. I'm very disappointed with this purchase and advise others to avoid this spinner of quality matters to you.
