説明の写真に、80代ぐらいの高齢者写真が掲載されてるが、「これじゃあ無理じゃないの？」と思う。オモチャと考える強度では無い。高齢者リハビリとか、なんらかの原因で力が入りにくいとか言う方にも不適な気がする。しかし、特に指に嵌めるほうは、パッキン筋肉な人には弱いかと思うレベルではある。そういう中途半端なレベルなんで、中年の筋トレとかにはナガラで出来るレベルとも言える。自分は腕を痛めたリハビリに。高齢者では無いんで、ソコソコの強度で良い感じである。

Great product, the range of resistance and the blend of exercise types is terrific. I combined these with a variable hand flex gizmo here, it's a great overall workout for the hands. Very impressive for the super low cost. I keep them all near my on a table in the TV room, I feel a bit less guilty watching TV when I'm combining it with a hand workout! My hands have definitely improved in grip strength and flexibility. I'm 75, I have a condition known as 'trigger finger' in the ring fingers of both hands that really weakens your overall grip and these help a lot. You'll also feel it in your forearms.

If you need more grip strength this is good. It has different levels which can also show you how good you are doing if you move on to the next weight. I have seen a difference in my grip strength using this and it also has one to help put your fingers in a workout by putting resistance stretching your fingers out. You can use these anywhere. Material is good and has been effective in helping me. I sit sometimes to watch something and I use them. You can throw them in any bag if you need to take them on the go. Was recommended this by a person who does jiujitsu.

The round rings are wonderful. Very easy to use while watching TV, reading, etc. The fingers stretch things did not work for me. Could not keep them in place.
