This this works great for cleaning my tubing on my CPAP machine. I did however have to fold it into and use both brushes to really get in there because the brushes don't seem to be big enough around to use singly. But fortunately the metal wire between the two brushes is long enough that it works well I use it on one side and then I turn around and use it on the other side and it gets my tubing nice and clean. This should prolong the life of your tubing. I recommend.

This works really well if you just let the hose collapse together as the brush is inserted, then just gently straighten the hose as you pull the brush out. That way it cleans the whole hose. Be ready to dry the area around you though. It might even become a good time to mop your floor.

Hard to use with CPAP tube because you have to stretch the tube out straight to get the brush all the way through it. Not very practical in a small space with a wet/soapy tube. Fits the tube fine though.

Before using this tube cleaning brush, all I could do was run soapy water through the tube and I didn't feel like this would sufficiently clean it. Now, I get some soapy water in the tube then take the cleaning brush and run it through two times. I rinse it thoroughly after cleaning. The only downside to this is that my arms are not long enough to do it without help. The directions say to keep it straight while running the brush through but that is impossible to do by myself. I feel more confident using my CPAP machine knowing that the accessories have been cleaned efficiently.

Very practical and useful tool to clean my CPAP

I use the long brush with ResMed S9 heated tubes, both the old kind that is straight-through and the new kind with the 90 degree elbow. The long brush works well, though it helps if you have someone to hold the other end of the tube while you pull the brush through. The short mask brush is too short to really be of much use. You can insert it into your mask's tube, but it barely reaches halfway and you can't really push it all the way to the far end of the mask hose (not all masks have two accessible ends on their tubes, eg, ResMed Swift FX)
