Easy to use , solid with good water pressure , comes with whole kit so it easily fits . Small head makes it easy to spray water , twist and turn lever is easy to use and much better then push lever of the bidet .

I bought this after struggling to fit a different brand from Amazon, but this one was much easier and worked first time It's really nice that you control it all from the dial on the handle and don't have to reach to turn the tap on the cistern every time you want to use it. The connection to a cistern is a t fitting with no valve so it's less likely to leak

I was a little apprehensive spending this much on an item I was pretty sure would fall apart after a few months of use. But it turned out to be a real quality piece of kit. The spray unit itself is clearly solid brass with a chrome finish - it's weighty in the hand. The flow control is smooth and easy to precisely control the strength of the spray, so a quality valve too. I'm not sure how much you could describe this as "nice to look at" but it's smart for what it is. The hose is very flexible so doesn't fight you as you try to position the spray. It too is finished in silver. As for how easy it is to install, I'd say that depends on whether you have basic plumbing skills (if you know what PTFE tape is and how to fit a compression joint, you're probably good enough) and what you're fitting it to. If your current toilet is connected by a flexible hose to a fixed pipe (and you can shut off the supply at that valve) you're probably good to do it yourself, assuming you have some suitable spanners and some PTFE tape. It took me about 30 minutes in total and I'm no plumbing expert. Considering the quality, I'd say this is good value.

A brilliant and stylish looking piece of equipment. Feel like i need to redecorate the bathroom now. Heavier than anticipated but purely because it's of excellent quality. No flimsy plastic rubbish. Very, very easy to install/connect. Took less than 10 minutes. Zero leaks. Variable pressure is brilliant! Highly recommend 💦 🍑

Except T joint everything is good. It looks good, feels smooth in holding and easy to clean because of non-grooving hose. Three design make it different from generally available bidet in market: 1. Easy on off control is very handy. You don’t have to keep pressing to turn it on. Just twist the knob and you are good to go. 2. Long nosel - useful whilst trying to clean unreachable area 3. Non-groove hose- easy to keep it clean. T joint started leaking so plumber has to replace it with his own.

Our plumber installed this for us at the same time he replaced the toilet, so I can't comment on the ease of installation but we've had it for a month now and no problems whatsoever. When ordering, I noticed there are 2 different sizes. I went with the shorter one and it seems to be ok. If you've never used one of these before, it takes a little getting used to. Here's a tip: start off with the lowest water pressure. The pressure at full blast is like a power hose! You'd hurt yourself (and soak the bathroom) if you turned it up full blast an inch from your bottom, but the high pressure spray is brilliant for cleaning the toilet bowl. So far I'm pleased with the quality. I initially bought this for my husband who will potentially be having surgery on the hand he wipes with, but he doesn't like as much as I do because of the cold water. I don't mind it and I wouldn't be without this attachment now that I'm used to it. It feels so much cleaner than just using toilet paper. I don't know that I'm saving a lot of toilet paper because I still use it to dry myself and the toilet seat, which always gets sprayed a bit. I would still happily recommend it to anyone.

We used it, but it’s not easy to use. It is a side-push type, and the water comes out suddenly with very high pressure. We bought a separate Muslim shower head, but I think it was quite expensive. I have attached a picture of the normal Muslim shower head for reference.

Works well, and easy enough to install. The only issue I had was that one of the rubber gaskets was slightly warped and so it leaked when I first turned the water back on. Luckily, it came with a European adapter which had a spare gasket I could swap, and it worked fine after that.
