I LOVE this stuff! I use it on ALL my laundry ALL the time! I can't believe how many reviewers only use it on their delicates!? It does a great job washing my regular clothing, delicates, darks, lights, everything! Y'all should use it on everything like I do! Really really nice detergent. I've been using Tide for a long time, and I've been using the powder. This is so much easier to use. I dissolve 2 measuring tablespoons in 2 cups of water, pour it in my washer, dump the clothes in, and hit Start! Great laundry detergent!

This is really great soap, and I agree with another reviewer, that it can be used for ANYTHING! If my husband has a few tee shirts in the basket and I'm doing a load with this I just pop them in. I also use the powdered detergent they make. Both are very kind to our clothes, clean very well and are super cost efficient. I use TECH stain remover with it and I've yet to meet the stain or dirt they won't vanquish.

I love the smell of this- I use it for our delicates, even use for our silk pillow cases.

Several years ago I bought a very expensive cashmere sweater set in a little boutique shop. The sales lady suggested that I buy Ovacion to wash it. I was surprised that I could wash cashmere without ruining it. I always thought it required dry cleaning. But she swore by it, so I figured I'd try it. She was right. This product is amazing. My cashmere sweaters come out better and softer than new. I know you are supposed to roll the sweaters in a towel after you hand wash but I just take them out of the sink and put them in the washing machine on the spin cycle for a few minutes to get most of the water out and then lay them flat until they are completely dry. They come out beautifully. I use this product on all of my sweaters and lingerie and after years of wearing them everything is still like new. Best of all, no more dry cleaning bills. A little bit of this product will go a long way and save you lots of money.

I adore this product! Since I only do laundry for one and have a lot of professional washable items, along with relatively sensitive skin, I use this product almost exclusively for all of my clothing laundry. I've even successfully washed Costco 100% cashmere sweaters in a lingerie bag with this stuff with wonderful results (though I don't recommend it, I just hate dry cleaning and chemicals and hand washing makes it difficult to rinse when you don't have a huge garage sink, only a small apartment with bathroom and kitchen sinks). I use this product to hand wash the outside of my washable pillow, too. I take a clean rag made from a hand towel, get it wet and put a bit of the Ovacion on it, then pad down the outside of my pillow and get it relatively wet. I then rinse the rag and get it fairly wet then go over the outside of the pillow to sort of rinse it. I throw the pillow in the dryer with a few tennis balls and it comes out extremely fresh, whereas washing my super thick pillow in the washer and drying it takes a full day. I also use this hand wash method, without always using the dryer, on the top part of my comforter that touches my face. My washer isn't big enough to put the comforter in without ripping it to shreds, so I wash the upper foot of it by hand and let it air dry (I do throw it in the dryer once in a while with the wet side facing the incoming hot air to freshen the whole thing ever month or so). This product is delicate enough to avoid irritating my skin even when not fully rinsed, but it breaks down dirt and oils well enough to freshen these items up.

This has a nice scent. Used on delicates, hand wash cashmere & silk. You don’t need to use much. Follow directions. It rinses out w/out residue.

This is an update of my review, below, written five years ago. My 100% satisfaction with Ovacion continues. I still mainly wash by hand but I also use Ovacion in the washer. Either way, a tiny amount, far less than the maximum two tablespoons recommended per machine wash, goes a very long way. Ovacion does everything that is claimed for it and even makes worn garments look new again. I use it for every type of fabric, including silks and wools, and every type of garment, including tailored suits. My only complaint is that Forever New has changed the label and bottle shape. I wish they would return to the original beautiful label and flattened oval bottle, and also produce those 4oz bottles that were so great for travel. "I have been a fan for at least ten years and haven't used a drycleaner in all that time! I use Ovacion to hand wash/drip dry almost everything in my closet -- not just hosiery. It's gentle, easy to rinse, leaves things looking new and lasts for ages -- in other words, miraculously effective and economical. I really hope the product is still going to be available in future but just in case I've been buying up every bottle I can find. Perhaps the company made something that was too good -- like The Man in the White Suit."
